The two gentlemen who helped me on two occasions were very helpful and knowledgeable. Sadly it ate up my entire afternoon. My telephone call to customer service was a distaste. I was transferred 4 times by unhelpful people and hung up on. No stars to customer service

Matt was so efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was hesitant to come to an “authorized retailer” instead of an actual Verizon store but I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to get a new phone and have it completely setup in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend this location!

I took over a business account with nearly 50 lines and zero experience, Matt made sure that I was always educated on what was going on with our account, informed me on best way to move forward with adding/subtracting lines and upgrading phones, and was a wiz at trouble shooting! Matt is always professional, knowledgeable, and keeps our company's best interest in mind.

Ordered two new devices and set up two new wireless lines. The devices had to be ordered. Told I would receive call when they came in. I watched the UPS tracking and saw when they arrived. Did not receive call from store, so reached out to them and was told they were in. Went to store for activation only to be told by a very angry man that there was a Verizon network outage and I would have to come back in 24 hours. Why didn't they call me to tell me this? Returned to store two days later. Just one slow moving "in-training" associate working. Took him combined five hours to activate lines and devices, which still are not fully functioning. He had to call multiple people for assistance, struggled to multi-task, and communicated very poorly. More than once the Verizon reps hung up on him because he was not communicating to them. He ignored other customers in the store and at one point said he "chose the wrong profession." I will have to go to another Verizon location to fix the setup errors made yesterday. I will also have to keep a close watch on my monthly bill to make sure the correct promo was applied. The only compensation I received for my time was a 20% discount on two phone cases. I do not recommend this location.

Upgraded iPhone today. Diego spent lots of time helping me and orienting me to the features, explaining loyalty points, that my bill would be lower with the upgrade(I know) and explained the glass protector so well my hubby, the miser, said to get it. I also got the case. Was in there for nearly 2 hours. Diego, you rock!!

Matt made sure that I had a great experience getting my new iPhone 13 pro! He was knowledgeable about the device when I had questions and the activation process was seamless from start to finish. He also made sure that all of my contacts, images, and apps were fully transferred from my old phone before I left the store as well as putting the liquid glass on for me. I highly recommend this store and especially Matt for all of your in store Verizon needs. Thank you!
