Some of the staff at that location on liberty is very rude, the storage room that i got was terrible. They charge for everything and has the nerve to ask me what I need. I moved all my stuff and will never use storages there again.

Update: Staff called me and was helpful with offering me a new unit and getting my belongings moved. I was also advised that they do have an exterminator that comes regularly. Was pleased with customer service! Thanks Roman!

I had a emergency and had to move quickly. She was very helpful explained the sizes of the units . The facility itself is very clean and safe. I feel confident that my most cherished items are safe and sound. When I went in to make my payment (which was late ) she even waived the late fee. She remembered my name. I would definitely recommend.👍🏼👍🏼

They are super accommodating and helpful. I had items here for 2 years and finally moved it out. They were super helpful and understanding. I had some items that I no longer wanted and they removed of them with no problem. Highly recommended.
