Secure, professional and affordable. We've had a unit here for over 6 years and can only say good things about the management who is always friendly and professional. Nice sized property with many sized units to choose from including temp controlled and outdoor parking in addition to regular units in their gated facility. Gate access 24-7 is essential for our business and is much appreciated here

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The prices are reasonable. The place is well maintained. The woman in the office (I forgot her name) was amazing. She is very clear about the rules, and the paperwork. I have had no issues so far. And I would highly recommend this business.

Renting at The Storage Mall has been a great experience! Donna was super helpful in the office and the units and facility were super clean. It is easy to access with the gate. The wide and paved driveways are easy to get my truck around. Highly suggest this facility if you are in the Niagara Falls area!

The roll up door to my unit broke and could not contact anyone to get it fixed. My unit is open to anyone who wants to help themselves now.
