Matt Blanchard was absolutely awesome! I was there for a while , he is absolutely great and thorough no pushy sales for extra . He is very friendly and personable and humorous . We talked about example coins , he also gave me a recommendation for where he goes for a tattoo and piercing place . He shows you and tells you everything. He even asked if he should put a longer chain on light .lol I’m short . I have climate control I recommend especially if you have stuff that needs it . It’s worth it . Pleas leave your reviews because you think it’s not important but that is their commissions . And also tell person who recommended you to give one . It’s a nice place . Thank you . We couldn't have had a smoother experience moving into our units. We grossly underestimated what we needed and showed up needing another very large unit at the last minute. Brian was kind enough to arrange that and it was a blessing there was one available right next door!

So far so good, we just parked our trailer there today. The check in process was easy, got a good spot and everything worked flawlessly except the app which I had a little trouble signing into with my phone.

Whenever I call, the staff is always willing to help. However, there is one member of the staff that in my time with ESS stands out above all the rest, Matt. He has addressed all of my issues respectfully and with such empathy as to make me feel like he is not only a professional representative but also my friend who truly understands my concerns and wants to help. He is straightforward and is always willing to get into the trenches to find the best possible outcome of a situation. He is very knowledgeable and in the rare event he needs to verify/clarify information, he is quick to return my call with an answer. We were very impressed with their storage facility in Kingston, NY. The gent who set us up was very helpful and very pleasant, and he explained everything we needed to know. The rate was good, they threw in a second month which was great for us because we only need it short term. I would recommend Extra Space, and especially the Kingston location.
