I’ve been coming to Domino’s for a long time now and no matter what location you go to, I’m always stuck waiting for my order even after I’ve placed the order online. AND.. I’m always destined to get my pizza made WRONG. I order my pizzas square cut and it’s never failed that I’m always getting the standard triangle cut. They lie to my face, telling me that they just short staffed but there’s literally 8 employees working and scattered around the prep area. Something needs to be done!!

Donavan made our pizzas twice in a row, he is AWESOME! He really cares about what he is doing and goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible. He is patient and kind, his parents can be proud of him. The new veggie pizza is the absolute BEST!!! This is for sure a busy location. We have never had a negative experience here at all. I walk in to place my order - it's ready in 20 minutes as promised.

The second time this has happened! I placed an order online, my order was accepted. I even called up there to add some extra sauces to my order and the lady said no problem, my order would be arriving in 45 minutes. Then an hour went by only to see that my order was cancelled for no apparent reason, no phone calls or anything and by that time they were closed so I couldn't even call to speak to someone. This is a horrible way to run a business! Do not place an online order with this Domino's, especially before closing time.

I would give minus 0 star if I could I order on the phone they made a mistake in my order but instead of being apologetic the manager ( kendra) was absolutely rude yelling and screaming at me saying that the mistake was mine... I decide to cancel the order and as a I was walking out the door she sarcastically said good luck with your pizza... is the how domino's teach their management to interact with customers? never going back!!!

Order was a hour late. Called multiple times to see what’s going on with my order was told that it’s on the way and should be there 10mins and we live around the corner and then 15mins went by and called again another 10 and another 10 telling us that the driver is on the way the last call was told the driver just left and will be there and still was not here. Ordered a medium pizza and was cold when arrived.

I recently placed an online order from Domino's, Beach park Illinois. Unfortunately, I received the wrong order. I spoke with Kendra about the order. Kendra was extremely rude towards me. I also observed Kendra's mistreatment of staff members. I assumed that Kendra is a manager of Domino's. Due to this,I have decided to no longer dine at Domino's.

I bought 8 bone-in Garlic Parmesan wings. For the price they charge, you would expect larger meaty pieces. Instead, I received small, dry (particularly the flats) and bony wings lacking any meaty quality associated chicken wings. Maybe they sold me quail, not chicken wings.

Went today at around 2PM, a gentleman was the only person I saw taking and making orders. Although it was only him he prepared my order efficiently, kindly and well made. Took care of me quick! Give this guy a raise! I didn't get his name but I am sure you know who he is since he was the only one in there that I saw.

Horrible service. Online order said 30-45 minutes I Waited an Hour for my order before I called just to hear “ well the app doesn’t know i don’t have drivers” instead of her being apologetic she was being a total B**** and I hope you see this post too. I asked if my order was being sent right away and she proceeds to say as soon as you hang up it will be. So I hung up and I receive a text message that my order was canceled. I proceeded to call just for them to ignore my call. Never ordering from this s***** place again. Waste of time.also the mangers name is Kendra.

It hard to deal with a location that will not pick up the phone. Ordered a meatzza with mushrooms and spinach. But no meat is on the pizza. I am now On the phone for the 3rd time tonight as have been on hold for 30 minutes each time and the call disconnects. Update. Went to the store and saw there were no customers waiting. The manager on staff politely listened and offered to make a new pie. Also gave a full refund and apology
