The salesperson Roy was very nice and explained everything to us. We decided to go with Precision Garage door because of the customer service and the warranty that was offered. We have a 2 1/2 car garage and the technician Mike was very good and took the time after he installed the garage door by himself to show me the features and what to do with everything. We would highly recommend Precision Garage door.

Philip arrived on time(actually early) was very professional and polite. We walked through the job, explained everything in detail, did a fantastic job and thorough clean up. The job was very involved, with several adjustments, and performance was excellent. A thorough review of what was done, with a review of functionality. Outstanding service! Our old garage door broke on a Sunday and Precision’s technician, Nick, came out the very next day. Nick was punctual, professional, and so easy to work with! They replaced the entire unit by Wednesday morning. Mike, who completed the installation, was professional, timely, and provided excellent service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of an entirely new and improved garage door unit replacement.

They are top notch, my garage door was jammed and came of track, I called them at noon and they sent someone less than one hour. He had all the parts and tools to repair on site, offered 3 different repair options based on difference price points and quality of parts, no pressure, very professional and never try to oversell something that did not need it. Job was done in one hour and door is better than ever. Daniel was really professional tech, Highly recommend precision door service for both repair and new door.

Exceptional service from start to finish with Precision Door! Bob came out initially to give us a quote and was very knowledgeable and listened to all our concerns and we placed our order for our two dark brown garage doors. Mike O drove through a snowstorm and installed them for us. Mike was very professional and called me to tell me he was on his way and how many minutes it would be and he was right on time! He asked me if I had any questions before he got started, spoke with my husband about how long it would take and that was that. He worked continuously and never stopped! After he was done we went through any maintenance to keep the doors working efficiently and that was it! Our old doors were a mess and our new Precision doors work great and look amazing! Really can not say enough great things about Mike’s work ethic and respect for our property, there was not a speck of anything on our garage floor after he left! I hope he will be showing all the new guys how to get things done because that quality is hard to find nowadays! Thank you Mike!
