I handed out 5 stars because Bill was an absolute, down to earth, knowledgeable blast to communicate with. Thought I had broken parts, I didn't. Had my 16ft door operating in a 1/2 hour single handedly. Also layed down some useful tips within his short stay. $220 bucks later, I'm a happy guy*. It was my 1st transaction with them but certainly won't be the last. They will be my goto door place*

I have used Rupp a number of times from installations to repairs in our properties. Their charges are very reasonable unlike to "big guys". They come on time, take pride in their work and cleanup before they go. I will call them first everytime.
