Cable broke. Thought about trying to fix it myself. Realized I was over my head and it required skilled people. Called in the morning Super friendly and reassuring. We're out of the way, but they called and showed up around 2:30. Definitely knew what they were doing. Efficient and got the job done 100%. Also made sure everything else was ok on the door. I am more than satisfied, I am thrilled. It's a great feeling to have things done the right way with a positive attitude. Thanks!

Needed quick service to repair or replace a garage door track bent to heck with a winter storm approaching. Overhead Door managed to get a crew free to come over the same day. The team initially attempted to repair the track (and saving me money) by straightening the damage but it wasn't salvageable. Replacement track was on the truck and quickly replaced. The door was tested numerous times along with adjustments to the door opener. Very professional from initial phone call through the completion of service and a pleasure to do business with.

So much for prompt service. Spoke to a very friendly lady who said I had just missed the 2 gentleman who could give me an estimate on having an awning installed. It's been TEN days and no one has called me back. Coincidentally, my garage door just broke but I know who NOT to call.
