Ordered the big dinner box. One pizza pepperoni, the other pepperoni and jalapeños. Pepperoni pizza had 4 pepperoni per slice, pepperoni/jalapeño pizza had 2 pepperoni/2 jalapeño per slice like the pepperoni was substituted. The pizza was dry. The breadsticks were very over cooked and dried out and the marinara was ice cold. The wings were the only thing we can say we’re good about this order. It’s very sad because we’ve always enjoyed Pizza Hut. I don’t know what has happened but we won’t be ordering again.

Second time ordering cheese sticks and they were way over cooked, to the point that you could barely notice cheese on it.

Really good pizza and chicken salad. Waitress was a bit of her have but other wise, great service and she was very accommodating for the forgotten beer.

We have loved this Pizza Hut for many years ( used to be closer to our home at one time, but still closer than another pizza place . Great food. I understand with the way of the country now and shortage of employees, but this store needs to hire more staff . The waitress we had was pleasant, but she was the only server to all the tables there . She apologized more times for the wait . I am not complaining about her , but for this store. Someone needs a job, any job right now and it would certainly help this poor woman out . I asked her if she was tired by the end of her shift and she told me absolutely. By no means was she a young woman , more my age ( in her 50’s or 60’s ) . This store needs more help.

We understood that but then she skipped right over us and took two other people’s orders and wouldn’t walk by our table. I had to stand at the front to get her attention and to stop. Needless to say we left and will not be returning and will let all our friends and family know not to dine in at this establishment.

My pizza was great. My customer experience was very pleasant. I was extremely disappointed to find out that the 2 extra marinara sauces that I ordered and paid for were not included. $.60 per sauce is certainly not worth a trip back out, but still extremely disappointing.
