Had to wait ten mins to sit down. Pizza was raw. Service was atrocious and no proper utensils. Pizza had no cheese, and barely any sauces. The topping were given to us on the side instead of being on the pizza. No napkins, no condiments. They started sweeping while we were eating. We didn’t even get any cups for drinks until we got the pizza. We asked for a salad and got pasta

Unfortunately PH is locked into the " variety over substance " corporate marketing mentality.Dining in is nice, but for delivery, the products are generally " Meh...".

There was only one other table and we still had to wait 40 minutes for a cup if coffee, then he didnt realize he forgot to take our order. Not a good experience

Give me what I ordered. When my wife returned from a 7 mile ride home. What she was given was none of what I ordered. More than I ordered, but nothing I wanted. All too hot.

Food is typical Pizza Hut (love their bread sticks, pizza sauce is good, but most other things are average). Not super clean bathroom and without the buffet currently open it loses what used to be my favorite part 🤷

Love your pizza! Tried the new pepperoni pizza is it meat or is it vegetable was fabulous... your little apple pies are just not dainty but seriously tasty. And wings are cooked just the way I like them.

I can’t believe that my little note regarding my Dad’s 73rd Birthday today would lead to the Herkimer NY Pizza Hut associates write “HAPPY 73rd BIRTHDAY DAD” and drew balloons. It made me cry on the way to bring it to him. If I had more cash on me I would have tipped the blonde woman $20. I told her my dad is the most incredible man this world has ever known. Her note on the box made him feel so special. I’m still crying. THANK YOU!!!!! You WILL be rewarded in life non-stop for being so remarkable to others! I will be coming back for you miss, happily!!!! You deserve a raise and everything great out of life! I’ll never forget the innocent heartfelt smile on my pop’s face when he saw that.
