This week I rented a Jeep Cherokee. It had many new features that I needed to be familiar with like keyless entry and visual backup assistance. Anna was very helpful by answering my questions clearly and quickly 🌞 A few months ago I rented a Hyundai. It was cute comfy and easy to drive. MPG was pretty good too. Enterprise is a great way to bridge the gap when reliable public transportation is unavailable It can be a money saver too. It's far less expensive to occasionally rent a car than it is to own one.

Alright place but staff don't do an personal car inspection with you and you have to walk a distance to the rental vehicles that are mixed in with other people vehicles

I called, prescheduled I was ready to fulfill need of rental car order by my insurance company. They asked time I wanted. I was able to sign , pay my share, and agents were great. I drove mine to body shop. The female agent drove the loaner to shop. And the male agent picked her up, returned to their jobsite in herkimer. I was treated well. Very much appreciated clean vehicles good agents. We use hrk enterprise frequently.. pleased with their vehicles services

Spent $75 on a cab ride there and back because your website refused to state clearly that there had to be 24 hour notice in order to book. Also didn’t have anyone answer the phone for me to have it delivered. So thanks for nothing enterprise.

I was in this office last week and was treated with exceptional service. I dropped in without an appointment and was out of the door with my rental in 12 min. It was clean and when I returned it a day early I was refunded the day. I highly recommend them. The manager was the one that assisted me.

Great service, Great Cars. They provided pick-up service, which I really need in my location and being disabled. The car they delivered was awesome, top of the line, with all the features you could want. (I'd buy it if I could afford a car. LOL). They were very flexible with being able to hold the vehicle over a day. Hands down, this company and the ppl that run the Herkimer, New York office, are, truly, top notch.

The customer service was by far the greatest I've ever encountered anywhere before. She was so kind and went above and beyond to assure my girlfriend and I were in a vehicle in MINUTES! If I ever need to rent a car again or suggest it to a friend this is the place to go. You wont be happier with EVERYTHING.
