Great service this morning by Mike! Both of the cables attached to the spring snapped while the car was inside...of course. Mike got them replaced and I was out the door in no time. Absolutely would recommend National to anyone. Extra bonus for being very dog friendly too! 👍

We’ve had our garage door less than one week, it already will not stay closed, the key bent in the lock and when attempting to bend the key back it completely broke in half. For $900 I would expect a lot more than a flimsy tinfoil garage door and I would not recommend this company. Cheap product nowhere near worth what you pay

Called National Overhead Door and left a message after business hours following a broken door spring. They called early the next morning and I had new springs installed that very morning!! The installer was very nice and worked diligently. I was also pleasantly surprised at the price, very affordable!!

My wife and I could not be happier with the purchase of our new insulated Raynor garage door from National Overhead Door in Orchard Park, NY. With the great help of the salesman John, we matched the color (Auburn) perfectly to our front and side door. John recommended “insulated” and we are so glad we did as we live here in Western New York with soon coming cold temps, and the insulated garage door is quiet as a mouse ! This was our 2nd purchase from them as 3 years ago we also purchased a Lifestyle Screen door from them that we love too ! And a huge shout out too Scott the installer. He worked at least 5 or 6 solid hours for us in 86 degrees heat with a lot of sweat. Scott even removed our “Ring Door Bell” and removed our “wired Key pad” for the garage door due to the build out and then repositioned them perfectly. Scott is professional and highly skilled at his craft of garage door installation ! We highly recommend this company ! John & Wendy H., West Seneca, NY.

Going the extra mile to explore all options, Sara, John, Don and Chrissy all helped us more than we could have expected. We are getting the door color resolved. Had a terrible experience with Hamburg Overhead door not showing up for a repair. We called National and were given an appt within 2 days and a 2 hr timeframe. Mike, our excellent tech, called to say he was on his way. What a hard worker he was. He did the repair & gave his recommendation for a new door & motor when its time. The repair was cheaper than Hamburg. We will only use National and will recommend them to anyone else!!

I would recommend National Overhead Door inc to everyone. The service man installer that I had come to install my doors was named "Max".This man was worth his weight in gold.He had a full day in front of him and he plugged away non-stop.he had kept his area clean and organized as he worked. After installing both high quality doors he explained how to care for them.He cleaned up completely and left making sure I was satisfied with the work done. I couldn't be more please with Max and National Overhead Door. Great quality,great workmanship ,great price, very happy with them. Thank you , Duane Walczyk
