2016 Ford explorer XLT by Matthew McCall. I want to say thank you for your sale consultant. Matt was the right sale person and very amazing. Ford was little delay because AC had a recalled on it. I'm so glad Matt did everything could do for me and giving me updating about my Ford and my family love it so much. Went to this Kia location in mid June after learning my old car was totaled to inquire about a 2022 EV6. They happened to have one arriving in a few weeks and I was able to reserve it. Throughout the process, Chris kept in contact about status of the vehicle, and worked with me to ensure everything went smoothly on the day of pickup. I was provided a very detailed tour of the vehicle, and the financing process was quick. I’ve been enjoying the car a great deal in the past few days. Overall, I’d highly recommend both Kia Transitowne and a Kia EV6

Great experience. The market for new cars is very difficult right now but I was super lucky to find this dealership with the car I wanted in stock. My sales agent Matt ran some numbers for me over the phone before I arrived so all I had to do was test drive it, sign the paperwork and be on my way. The entire process from super easy and straightforward. Would definitely recommend.

During the limited selection of 2022, finding an AWD GT1 Stinger felt like trying to find a limited edition Ferrari - there are not a ton of these cars available. As such, I had to abandon my local market after months of waiting and open it up to a nationwide search. I found quite a few, but buying a car entirely online is nerve-wracking business. Luckily, I got ahold of Dane Davidson with Transitowne Kia. We were 1,000 miles apart, but he answered every question I had, made every accommodation I requested to feel comfortable with it, and overall did a wonderful job. Beyond anything, I was completely surprised by his honesty. He made sure to take pictures of the smallest imperfections on the car and was up front about everything I needed to know. There's not many straight shooters like that in this business. Hats off to you, Dane, I appreciate the help.

I came here after going to West Herr Kia to compare prices. Looking back, the first Kia dealer used scare tactics, and nothing was straight forward. When I came to Transitowne, I met with Anne and felt no pressure. She was able to answer all my questions, inform me of my approval, and gave me a straight forward price right away. Coming to Transitowne was a much better experience, and they made my car buying experience a simple easy process. I will definitely be back, and recommend anyone that is looking for a low key no hassle car buying experience!

Felt uneasy with service Department…….. my initial purpose was an oil change and computer update. I drop my car off the night before the appointment. The next morning I’m told that my check engine light is on. When I drop the car off I was 100% sure that the check engine light was NOT on. what was the probability of that? I also asked for them to check to see if there was warranty work that needed to be done. For some reason, I knew exactly where this was headed to when I received a phone call from Frank. Frank is actually a nice guy, but I think it’s part of his job to be a sales person as well. When you go in and pick up your vehicle he will never remember who you are and whether he talked to you or not. Everything that the car needed was explained to me very well in detail, and the prices were also explained to me very well in detail. But I was $864 into the vehicle when everything was said and done. It was all small incidentals, brakes on the front, wiper blade, engine filter, cabin filter, tire rotation, oil change, diagnosis charge, gas cap. I mean, they could’ve given me a break somewhere along the line. Who really expects to pay $864 for an expected oil change and computer update? When I picked up the car I asked Frank if they put new valve stem caps on because I knew that there was three out of the four missing. He got all nervous and sketchy. He told me that the parts department does not keep those in stock. I mean come on, really? They are $.25 apiece. I told him that if the service technician was smart he most likely put new ones on because he noticed there were some missing. Low and behold, When I went out to get the car there were brand new valve stem covers on all of the wheels, kudos to the service technician. My experience here was not great, but it was not terrible. I just felt uneasy leaving my car here for some reason. My wife loves her Kia. If you guys want me to be a loyal Kia customer/owner then you have to take care of me just a little bit better and give me a break somewhere along the line when my car needs to be serviced. I’ll be looking for you guys when I need a new vehicle, Which will be very soon. Hopefully you can pull through.

With a lease end approaching and a low inventory market, I was nervous about ordering a vehicle that I’ve never seen or driven! I worked with Dane Davidson and he was absolutely fabulous! He understood and was sympathetic to my concerns. I was going from an Acadia to a Sorento that I knew nothing about! Delivery was anticipated for mid-February but came in early which was nice. Delivery was super easy and the vehicle features were reviewed fully leaving me confident that I would be just fine in my new vehicle! I highly recommend Dane and Transitowne and will be a repeat customer!!

I went in for a basic oil change. The mechanic noted that a good portion of the heat shield on the underside of my car was loose and hanging down. The mechanic had me come into the garage and showed me the issue along with the customer service representative. The mechanic put it back in place and fastened it with new bolts at no extra cost. Both the mechanic and (Frank) the customer service representative were very kind and helpful. I always have a good all around experience when I go to Transitowne Kia.

Great experience, my husband and I found the perfect new car on the website and drove away with it 4 hours later the day we went to see it! Dane was super helpful the whole way. Not once did he pressure us into buying, he was truthful and honest. He made himself available to speak via email until we could find the time to go down there. The website was accurate, which is huge. A few times in my car search journey, I have been dragged away from the million other things I could've been doing to see cars that didn't exist (though websites and sales people via chat, who advised me to come and see vehicles that weren't there). Not with Transitowne though. Dane knew exactly what they had in stock and he made sure that the car I wanted was there *before* we spent our precious weekend time going all the way out there. He took the time to explain everything to us and made sure we knew about all of the cool features that our car has. I am thrilled with my new car and the service we received. Highly recommend!
