6 Best auto repair shop in West Seneca, New York (NY) 2024

Went to this Kia location in mid June after learning my old car was totaled to inquire about a 2022 EV6. They happened to have one arriving in a few weeks and I was able to reserve it. Throughout the process, Chris kept in contact about status of the vehicle, and worked with me to ensure everything went smoothly on the day of pickup. I was provided a very detailed tour of the vehicle, and the financing process was quick. I’ve been enjoying the car a great deal in the past few days. We referred to go to GK Auto by a family member just over 3 years ago and we have gone there ever since…. Seriously we have the worst luck with cars especially tires lol we have been here probably about 20x. Professional, amazingly honest and always there for our last minute emergencies!! I had a mechanical issue today, and these guys were able to get me in quickly with a same-day electrical repair, as well as an oil change and tire maintenance. They are efficient and I was in and out of there in maybe 20 minutes. I was just concerned that the price of the oil change and filter. went up to almost 80 dollars. When you are a female you always worry about services being charged higher than a guy would be. ~Diane

Went to this location to get my air conditioning fixed. Bill was working the counter, he was nice and informative. The prices are cheap and the service is fast. This is the only Goodyear I will go to from now on, this store is the only place I can go to for adequate service at an affordable price. The General manager, Chris is clearly doing something right.
