Starbucks mobile app is So Cool!, I know other establishments give u the same convenience, lol still it feels better f.s.r...anyway for the first time after only about 5times now...this was the 1st time at the Niagara falls location, that when I walked in and it looked like my coffee was sitting waiting on me before time a joyous surprise!...another win for the mobile app...yet to be fair to the other locations it was during the week at busier times of the day...and this was a Sunday yet still it was busy! Special Kudos 2da Niagara falls location Staff on Sundays!

Worker gave attitude because I ordered a drink with oat milk and it was made wrong the first time, definitely not happy, I expect better when I’m paying $8 for coffee.

The Starbucks has good prices on regular coffees and high prices on specialty drinks (lattes etc). The food is good, but again more expensive than other fast food. The service at this location is on par with any other Starbucks I've been to. There are healthy options, but you're going to pay for them.

I ordered two Frappuccinos - one white chocolate and one vanilla. Delicious. The drive through line was long, so I went inside. Ordering was super quick especially since I used the Starbucks app. I used points for one drink, so it was free! The other I used a gift card that is attached to the app. Usually I just pre-order through the app, but my son was with me and wasn't sure what he wanted. As always, Starbucks is consistent with their products! Great place to stop!

Another busy location, but like so many other Starbuck locations. I encourage you to download the app, and order ahead of time. This app allows you to accumulate points, so you can redeem for free food items or special add ons to your coffee. This location has a dining area, but I am not sure if this area is open to the public. I only come here using the drive thru window.

I got a cold brew and the cream was a little lumpy because it wasn't stirred which made me a little nervous that it was bad (it wasn't it was fine im just paranoid because I have anxiety) The guy saw i was nervous and immediately made me a new drink and used a new cream jug for my drink. I wish i knew his name to thank him directly but i can't thank them enough for going out of their way to help people especially when its busy and in a pandemic i appreciate you!

You'll get your rewards points towards free drinks in the future and your order is ready when you get there go avoid any line. I usually put my order in about 10 minutes before I'll be at the store.
