It took almost two and a half hours to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Then I got a call shortly after I got home saying my engine cover was left off and I had to come back in to have it put back on. While I was waiting I watched one of the guys and one of the girls who work on people's vehicles laughing, joking around, and playing games. It seems more time is spent doing this than working. I don't know if I'll go back after this experience. If I do, it will only be because it's close and they're cheap. I'll probably just take the drive to a different Walmart, though. Services: Oil change, Tire rotations

Called in and seemed to be going in they told me to come in and they will take me as a walk in. I drove 28 min with plugged tire and when I got there I was told that they won’t help me because it’s after 5, I was there at 5:10. Now the person that I talked to did not mention that they don’t take walk ins after 5 at all. They didn’t even acknowledge the fact that my car might not make it back home in its situation so can’t bring it back tomorrow! Was very disappointed with the way they handled this even though it was their fault.

Take my car in for 4 tires have no problem charging for all kinds of things but when they lose my expensive center cap it turns out to be on me to replace it. All I got from Walmart was not here can't help you but we'll take you're number have are manager call you. Guess what been over a week never called me. Screw Walmart for auto service they can care less about making you whole

Falsely advertised the lifetime balancing. Stated the balance is good for the tires and not the vehicle it's self. Most tires don't last a lifetime. The tech who assisted me was arrogant, happy to cheat the paying customer.

I never never ever give any reviews but this people on the auto care are the worse. I went to do an oil change and I had a oil filter in my trunk and they stole it and then said they couldn’t find it. also I bought a battery and they said they could change it after they took the clips off and lost them. never going back.

This Walmart here in Niagara Falls absolutely is horrible their shelves are pretty much bare you try and get help to do anything nobody will help or they hide and they're extremely rude. I quit shopping there and this is my hometown store and I want and start a shopping at the North Tonawanda store much better people more than a of a better experience and their shells aren't there you can find what you're looking for
