My driver's door window had come off its track and was not able to be opened. I had checked with other repair shops and most were a bit squeamish about doing the repair due to the risk of damage to my vehicle. Auto collision and Glass fixed it quickly and reasonably. Thank you guys!!!!

I have gone here twice for body work. Their pricing is clear, detailed and fair. Every person was upbeat and called to let me know the repair schedule as we went along. Work was done in 2 days and my car was detailed inside and out when I picked it up. The customer area is very clean and comfortable with Keurig coffee service. I had large dents and my drivers side mirror replaced, along with painting and couldn't have had a better experience. Tom was professional, knowledable and friendly, wonderful to work with. He set up a rental car and explained what would need to be done. I highly recommend this place and would definitely go back. Just overall great service and my car looks excellent! I wish I can rate this "business" at MINUS 5 stars or lower. This is really one of the worst car shops I saw in three decades or so. Went there (by recommendation of my car insurance company) for a panel dent repair (body work and painting) on my pretty new car. This quite regular work took almost a month (timing is yet another big issue there). Quality was unacceptable and also other parts of the car were damaged. I went back to have it fixed. It was done with more or less acceptable quality but now I have the rest of my car totally trashed - scratches on almost all surfaces of the car, considerable dent on one of its fenders, dirt, dust and paint stains all over the car - outside and inside (I suspect it was done intentionally). It looks like the car had yet another accident. My complaints were not heard and they declined to make any repair or reimburse damages. Auto Collision & Glass was very efficient and helpful with anything I needed. Bring me to Enterprise for my rental. Fixing a loose windshield washer line fitting. Always quickly and they cleaned my car when everything was fixed on my vehicle. Much better than the Del.a Son.c interior I've gotten. Much appreciated!

Submitted a claim with insurance company for a cracked windshield. Within minutes I had a call from Adam. He was courteous and knowledgable. I had an appointment for that same day. What great service!!! Dropped off car and got a call a few hours later that it was done. Picked it up, no paperwork needed. Fast great service. Windshield looked awesome, staff was awesome, happy customer. I have never had something like this go so smoothly. I found my new auto body shop 😀😀😀. Scott
