Weekdays are great here. They always are very quick and make a delicious coffee. Saturday workers have a hard time keeping up with the extra traffic/customers. Maybe put on faster workers or more workers on Saturday mornings?

Love Dunkin' coffee. Unfortunately so does everyone else. A long line for drive thru is a common thing nowadays. Thanks to the good folks at Dunkin' who brew the coffee and take care of the customers.

UPDATE: Not as bad as it was still..... Dangerous entry and backlog of traffic, sticking way out in the lane blocking drivers from getting by.

Have been through the drive thru and both times i was given wrong order. I had stopped going because this has happened before.

This place is always hopping busy, but they do a good job. Be aware you may have a bit of a line.

Stopped Friday (8/6) weren't sure if they were open. Pulled up to drive- thru, were asked what we wanted to order. Went to order and they had freaking CLOSED !! Why ask what we wanted to order? Why not say were closed or how about not saying anything? What an asshat move. Will NEVER go back to the Greenwich location. Orders always wrong, too long of lines, now this. Done.

I like dunkin' donuts they always have my hot lattes when I'm ready for them and they know just how to make them sweet enough cuz I'm a sweet fanatican I love their coffee cafe latte and blueberry cake donut I'm in heaven

Did drive-thru. As with most Dunkin they don't read your order or can't tell the difference between bacon and sausage.

Very disappointing. Ordered an iced cocoa mocha latte. They skimped on the whip cream and coffee.
