Nice place. Lots of cherries ( $5 per pound), clean inside and friendly workers.

I like that they have a nice variety of apples to pick. Or if you happen stop by their store there’s some already in bags for you. Only negative things I can really say are that the parking can be a bit chaotic and “everyone” has to have a bag when out in the orchard. As there are a few different sizes of bags with separate prices.

They have great apples and more! Their apple cider doughnuts were so fresh and delicious, I went back for more! 😋 😍 . So...."don't forget the doughnuts!!!"

Our family loves Saratoga Apple! We have been apple pickin here for about 4 years now and we've never been disappointed. It wasn't exactly busy but there were quite a few people, thankfully the orchard is big enough that it was still quiet, calm and fun for us. It is a little smaller than other orchards in the area. It doesn't have any playground equipment, farm animals, mazes or any other activity. We did have some trouble navigating with the provided map this year though, we were looking for Gingergolds or any gold variety apple (on their Facebook page it was posted that they opened u-pick for Gingergolds) but we couldn't find any at all until we went to get donuts and there were a few inside the shop. So we didn't get any. This orchard is absolutely beautiful and obviously well-kept. The donuts are always fresh and delicious, we buy a dozen since that's the limit but if we could order more then we definitely would. The one and only thing that I don't like about this orchard is that you have to pay for a bag regardless of whether or not you want to pick apples. Example: we wanted to buy two large ("adult" size) bags for apples, one for each of my children because my husband and I were just going to watch them and take pictures of them picking apples. That's not allowed here so we had to buy two smaller bags and two bigger bags, so we will be eating/baking/candying/crafting with apples for weeks (maybe months) but if we had a choice there's no way we would've brought home that many apples. Since we had to pay for the apples anyways though we definitely weren't leaving without them. My family will continue to visit Saratoga Apple for the u-pick seasons. It can provide a nice, fun family experience.

We have been going to Saratoga Apple for more than 15 years. It is always amazing. You can pick your own apples, eat fresh cider doughnuts... adult beverages are available as well... just an all around get place!

We went here Friday afternoon with the family and really enjoyed ourselves. There aren't a lot of people, but a lot apples. The greenish apples are freaking amazing. We don't know what we picked because there was some confusion when having things explained in the store, but it was fine. Friendly staff. They have food trucks and live music, which is amazing, from 2-5

My wife decided to visit SA on Sunday, 10-11 to pick up some Macoun apples. ALL apples were pre-bagged, securely tied and not possible to examine contents. She purchased a small $7 bag and drove home. Upon arrival I opened the bag and was shocked to see what SA called apples. There were 14 apples ranging in size from tiny (1.5” x 2.0”) to a couple of small medium sized. Of the 14 apples 5 were completely unacceptable. The 5 were either grossly deformed and/or contained bruises and/or punctures, most likely from a bird – see attached pictures. My wife called, complained and asked if they accepted returns – they said yes so she drove the 19 miles one-way and returned them. We will no longer be customers of SA – very poor quality control over packaging bagged apples and expensive on top of that – shame on them!

One of our favorite places to go when we visit Saratoga. A short drive on 29 from 87 or from town. There’s local produce for sale, especially apples, along with wonderful seasonal apple picking. The apple cider donuts and hot cider are perfect - get them fresh! The cookies and other goodies are sweet too. There’s lots of regional yummies to buy: maple syrup, honey, milk, cheese, all minds of meats, and the like, as well as soaps and other homemade items. They’ve added a new dining area with cool farm to table meals, and there’s also a bar with hard cider made from local apples and a great selection of beers! Also some whiskey and other hard stuff! Super friendly and peaceful inside, with super nice folks there to help. Been coming here for 20 years and it just keeps getting better. So much to do and taste. Beautiful land around the place, go check out the nearby Saratoga monument. Really love this place.

This orchard is super fun to visit. They have apple picking in the summer and fall and their store is open year round. They have great apple cider donuts, apple cider, apples, and other great local products. The store also includes a small bar area where you can sample or purchase hard ciders and beers. They fill growlers and also sell bottles to go. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the grounds are beautiful. It makes for a great half day getaway.
