Uneducated employees. LV Didn’t even know what boxes they had . I had called the call center before they opened at 10 and lady explained sizes and price to me. When I got there the woman did not know which box the call center was talking about she didn’t even try to compare using pricing. And waited 20 minutes for her to get back from wherever she was. And it’s extremely big business to have one employee running the store and also running for floors of storage! It’s a two person minimum job but I guess cost cutting is their main priority My advice is to find another storage company that knows what they’re talking about and doesn’t disappear during office hours

Laranda was is very helpful. She helped me pick the right size unit & gave me a tour about the facility. Definitely will recommend more people to ozone, her customer service is awesome!!

As someone who purchases storage units that go up for auction, this facility has been one of the most pleasant to work with. As soon as I came in, I was warmly greeted by Francia and within a few minutes I was being escorted to the unit I had purchased. Francia is the best. The paperwork was quickly processed and she was extremely informative. Also, the facility itself was very clean and well kept. I look forward to doing business here again.

So far great service! I’ve been with them for a month. This is my first storage unit & they’ve been pretty accommodating with keeping me up to date with my rent. Francia & Eddy are nice & informative with any questions I have had! Also great pricing! Another place I had considered near by was going to charge me $80 more for the same size unit
