The car salesman is very dependable and led my wife and I to type of car that we were looking for and we may not been able to get some of the features that we would have loved to have but the car that he introduced us too, it became love struck with the vehicle. Let me start off by saying Preston at first team nissan in Christiansburg is top notch. I own a 2004 Nissan Pathfinder platinum. I absolutely love this vehicle, I had recently started having some issues with it and I was trying to find a place that actually knew what the issues was and could fix it. I tried 4 places before going here. The car was sending codes that only a Nissan dealer was able to read. When your trying to figure out if you should go to the Nissan dealership or service in Roanoke or Christiansburg. You better go to Christiansburg. This staff was so polite and professional. They listened to me describe the issues my Pathfinder was having and found the issues and fixed them. Preston was always communicating with me in reasonable time and explained step by step what was going on. I can't explain how great this staff is and just how awesome they was with me. Its something you will jist have to experience yourself.Do not just go to Roanoke because it's closer. Trust me. Thank you so much First Team Nissan of Christiansburg. Thank you Preston.

I bought my car brand new from you guys, and I've had you do all the service to that car. I was recently out of town and had loaned my car to my mother because her car was being worked on. While she was driving the car the car picked up a little screw in the tire, so my 80-year-old disabled mother brought the car to have you guys fix the tire, and the man who helped her told her y'all could not fix the tire but he was willing to sell her four brand new tires. The problem is the tires on my car are actually fairly new they only have about 8,000 miles on them. He saw an elderly lady and thought he could take advantage of her. I am very disappointed in your company. Chances of me having your company do the work on my car again are very slim. That is a disgrace and, I just think it's deplorable when people try to take advantage of the elderly. I am very disappointed with your company. And I took my car to another shop when I got back in town and they gladly fix my tire with no problems whatsoever.

Great experience. Bailey was awesome. We were early for our appointment, she came out and immediately began going over the vehicle, explaining all the features. She is very knowledgeable about the brand and answered all our questions. She even checked to see what was coming in and the date it was set to arrive. Have not had great experiences with other local dealers and she exceeded our expectations. This definitely influenced our decision to buy there and would recommend it to others.

Awesome experience!!! They listened to us and no pressure at all. They did what they said they would and was able to do what we wanted. Jared the sales guy was really great. He was on top things and made sure things went smoothly and quick. He went above and beyond. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I wish I could remember the name of the sales woman that helped me on 6/3. I was given a lower number on my trade in than I wanted and I told her that Duncan had just offered me more but I was more interested in this Nissan I was looking at, she looked at me and said “why don’t you go and sell your vehicle to them and come back for our truck that you want? Sometimes they want cars that we don’t”. They offered me 24k for my car, Duncan offered 27, and KBB says 29-31. You don’t have to take my car, just keep your attitude to yourself. If you don’t like your job, fine a new one. I wish I had a better time there, but she honestly ruined my experience with her personality and her attitude.

Kevin is absolutely amazing! He was super thorough, friendly, and helped us choose the best vehicle for our family needs. We knew that with the pandemic, our vehicle could have been delayed past the estimate delivery date but Kevin kept us up to date and as soon as it arrived on the truck - we got a text!
