This is an add in to original post heard back from the operations person first didn’t remember leaving a voicemail then the same as the most just excuses for their decisions i wasn’t surprised by that the only reason they called because they didnt like the negative review.still waiting to hear for Nissan corporate but doubt that will ever happen.cant wait for manufactures to do away with dealers they should see the hand writing on the wall, i have gotten rid of my Versa,Rouge,and my Titan thanks Nissan blame your dealerships for the lost business12.2022
I am very upset with the service I am currently getting at southern team Nissan Roanoke, After waiting for them to get started in my car after an accident for more than a month , the repair shop is very short staffed and took for ever to finish the work, I ended up exceeding the estimated time to receive my car with 3 weeks. I am paying rent out of pocket after my insurance car rental coverage period ended. Southern team Nissan shouldn’t accept cars for repairs unless they have the Human Resources and ability to do so!12.2022
I took my Nissan pathfinder 2004 to them because of an issue with my 4wheel drive system and throttle body. They had my car for 4 weeks and kept telling me they was working to resolve my issue. Finally they called me with a solution. When I asked them if the part needed was a necessary part to replace or will it run ok without. They said it did bot need the part and it was ready. I picked up my vehicle and it was not fixed, I even had to pay $640 something and was told the service manager was too busy to speak to me, he would call me back. Well he still hasn't called me and my 1st review was taken down. I found the part needed and replaced it for $85.00 by myself. Look this place is crooked and liers. Beware. Danielle the service team lady even told me my car was old and couldn't get fixed, that I should go trade it in and not tell anyone the 4wheel drive was not working. Just called about an issue with my 2016 Nissan Rogue. The driver's side visual/camera from around monitor view monitor is not working. Asked the girl how much she thought it would be...she said I don't know but it's probably expensive since it's a camera and electronic . Then was told it would cost $200.00 to diagnose problem. Crazy...have to pay to get an estimate. That says it all.08.2022
I just Wish they stood behind their product a little better and would answer the phone in the service department dear God. They Never answer And they don’t call you back. I’ve had to replace six window motors one tail pipe one radiator front left and right hub assembly. Rust on the rain rails on the top not even 30 days out of warranty on that one still no help. And 2 clock springs .And all this happened periodically between when I bought it brand new and 80,000 miles.Do yeah think that’s gonna make somebody wanna buy another Nissan Titan?07.2022
Typical stealership, they try and (fasten) you out of your trade, and then (re-fasten) you into their vehicle. Bogus fees added to justify changing over MSRP. When the automotive industry self implodes due to the unscrupulous activities of companies like these folks, they will have no one to blame but themselves. I found a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder I was interested in online at their website. I am an out of state buyer and requested a quote online. They gave me a straightforward price via email that was the lowest among other dealers I was also looking at. We agreed on a purchase and I signed a buyers order. Unfortunately, a few hours later circumstances beyond either of our control caused me to request to cancel the purchase. They were understanding and cancelled the purchase no problem. Throughout the process they were easy to work with and straightforward with pricing. Would definitely buy from them in the future.06.2022

We took our Nissan to get a state inspection and they rejected it for a muffler leak and fog lights not working. They came back with an estimate of $3,100. How can they do that to a widow and senior citizen. It was so high we were speechless. So we took it to another muffler shop and they did the job, fixed the muffler, fixed the fog lights and passed state inspection for $285 . That is such a big difference trying to rip the people off. Will never return to this dealership.02.2022
