The customer associate in the Roanoke, VA store (Name is Jaz) was extremely patient, courteous and professional with what was likely a frustrating situation for her, having to return and reprocess a very large order to apply the college savings discount. She never once made me feel bad or acted like I was an inconvenience (even though it surely was!). I sincerely appreciated her professionalism and kindness to assist us in being able to get the college savings discount. Thank you, Jaz!

They charge for bags and have much higher prices than other stores in the area. However, the store is always neat and clean.

Great selection of items. Very reasonably priced. Had all the items we needed. Store was very clean. Our cashier was happy and helpful. Most importantly for me was several fully charged handicapped carts to drive.

Love this Target location. Best shopping experience in Roanoke. 100 times better than Walmart. I can get my Starbucks and shop at ease. Def love the Mocha Chip Frap at this Starbucks. Have to hit this location up on my days off. Keep up the excellence.
