Very calm atmosphere. Came in to exchange an older model Ps3 for store credit to get a new game for my Ps4 just to have something else to do in my limited down time. Decent selection of games to choose from with reasonable pricing.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, referred many customers to them, and even recommended them to the business I work for. However, when they make a post on their business page that has nothing to do with their products or services, but is aimed at jokingly putting down a certain area of Roanoke they go from top class to no class. When brought to their attention they post a gif that says “deal with it.” Obviously they take joy in ridiculing where hard working folks make their home. As long as the negative stereotype meme they shared is “funny” to them they could care less if they offend customers who have spent a lot of money there. I Would not have expected that kind of cheap shot from them. Disappointing!

I dropped in on a whim after another friend posted about their selection of used consoles. I got the right console for me and four games for an AMAZING price in just a few minutes from a helpful and fun staff. Great experience, I strongly recommend them.

Solid location for your tech needs. Great selection of modern and classic used games. Friendly and helpful staff keep me coming back. Also maintain a good selection of other electronics. Good trade policies for cash and store credit. Keep an eye out for deals, special sales, and events. Now carrying local video game related art. It's a must to check the rare case for bangers every visit.

This store is really remarkable. I visit a retro game stores a lot as I'm an avid collector. I'm an out of towner and have now visited this store twice. Both times I've come in, I've found an incredibly neat and organized store with a fantastic selection of games, collectibles, and systems. I honestly can't say I've been to a better store than this. They're certainly ahead of the other shops I've visited in their area. Items are clean, authentic, and clearly marked. Prices always seem very up to date and fair. I will be visiting this store and purchasing items every time I come to this part of Virginia. Looking forward to my next visit.

A refreshing used/retro game store for the Roanoke area. The Tech Exchange offers a variety of items such as used video games, tablets, phones, and even movies. While the selection sometimes seems to go through a dry spell from time to time, you will most certainly find at least one item that will peak your interest. The floors are clean and the shelves are neatly organized and theres plenty of room to walk around and discover a good purchase. However, it is not without its flaws. If you decide to trade in an item, you may find yourself walking out feeling as if you should have gotten more. But its a business, and I can't fault them too much for that.

They have all the old systems. We picked up a Nintendo with the original super mario bros. In great condition. They have all the new stuff too. With very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
