We have been Verizon customers for about 25 years. Had to go yesterday to replace my wife's phone and decided to change our account to prepaid to save some money. The service was excellent. Hunter Hanes took care of us and was one of the most courteous sales reps I have ever dealt with Because the old phone was almost dead, there was an issue with getting the data from it to the new phone. Hunter figured out how to do it. He worked with us to change our account and made suggestions for the new phone, which my wife is very happy with. While he was working with my wife I observed the other employees working with other customers and they were just as courteous and helpful. Thanks for your service.

I had the best experience yet at a Verizon wireless location. I worked with Hunter to upgrade my current phone to a new one and he made the end to end process stress free and seamless. He was friendly and professional, but what stood out most to me was his knowledge level of the product along with educating me about all of the services that were available to me as a customer. It is rare these days when a customer service experience exceeds your expectation, but this one did. Thank you Hunter.

After a quick call to David K and suggesting I bring in the phone to determine the issue of not charging, he quickly determined I needed to replace the charging cord as the way we had been wrap it up and kinking when not in use had likely broken the wires within the cord. A new cord and the box that plugs into the outlet quickly began to charge the phone which was completely dead and got home to fully charge with our new cord. They are helpful, professional and able to offer solutions and resolve concerns. Thanks David.

Recently I have been dealing with the sales professional here Stephen Hardy and he has been nothing short of fantastic. I’m not used to having a great experience at Verizon however, I haven’t been dealing with this store I will definitely only deal with this store moving forward. It’s refreshing dealing with a good sales representative that actually takes care of your needs and you leave the store happy. I’m glad I came here.

I've had billing issues for months on in and I've visited several different Verizon stores in attempt to fix it but always go nowhere. Came in here and Stephen Hardy called in and he was able to get my bill exactly where I needed it. Very nice young individual, extremely pleased.

By far the best experience I have ever had at a Verizon wireless location. Went to Valley View mall and was turned down on being helped with an Insurance claim I made and I got a bad phone came to this store after and Stephen Hardy went above and beyond to meet my needs. I came in frustrated for obvious reasons but I left extremely happy. He was smart, professional and great face for this company. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a great Verizon experience!

Being older and not being technology savvy...at all...I go out of my way to keep my phones as long as possible so I don't have to stress out having to learn my way around a new one...that all being said my phone broke and I was forced to get a new one...an upgrade with new scary stuff to learn :-( Well the whole process was made very easy for me by the patience and kindness of Hunter at Verizon on Orange Ave in Roanoke...He has been wonderful in helping me learn my way around this new Galaxy S22...and when Hunter is unavailable, theres Steve who is just as helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I might have ...
