Even rating my experience with one star is generous. I wanted some advice regarding my settings and was considering a new phone. I walked into an empty store, no customers and no sales clerk. Clerk A emerged from the back and I told her I needed some help. I also told her I was considering an upgrade and right away she said "not possible." She went in the back room with my phone to "check with her boss." Clerk A came back out and said I needed to call 611 for assistance. It was obvious whatever was going on in the back room was more important than helping a customer. Very, very disappointed.

I was brought into the store because of a Billboard in front of the store advertising free phone service for certain individuals.. upon entering the store I was greeted by young lady Marlene who proceeded to help me you help me apply for the phone service ... Which turned out to not be free at all by the way...in the interim a non English-speaking individual came in and wanted assistance ..Marlene asked if she could help her while I was doing my application I said certainly.. upon completing my application she was still helping the lady and told me that she would be with me in a while.. she asked if I was in a hurry and I told her I was however with a dismissive attitude she continued to help the lady who came in after me . I left the store twice taking phone calls thinking surely thinking she will be done or see that I'm kind of anxious and ready to complete my process and that just never happened so I left the store and and decided to take my business elsewhere..won't be returning to the Cricket store on Williamson Rd in Roanoke, VA and hope that the store manager ( whom I might add was on the phone with Marlene via FaceTime and regular phone the majority of the time) will consider more in depth customer service training for her employee's rather than the conversations about the personal relationships between her children and her employee's..especially if the store's sales numbers are down.. Signed A highly disregarded dissatisfied consumer.

There is always one guy in here that really takes care of his customers. Have not been disappointed in the service. Cricket itself sometimes feels subpart but overall satisfied for the price you pay.

Tried to place an order for an iPhone to pick up in store and open another line. The employee on the phone said it would be ordered and would arrive in a week. Called back to check on the status of the order. Turns out that the employee had not ordered the phone yet. Okay. Was told by another employee that it would be ordered and would be in in a few days. Sounds good. A few days go by and I call the store. Again, the phone had not been ordered. This store had lied twice about ordering the phone. The told me they could have the phone in store in 2 days. Unfortunately, I was going out of town and couldn’t wait for the store to finally order the phone, plus I was not willing to be lied to again. Do not waste your time at this location.

I've been with cricket awhile. Went in Williamson Rd location, to pay bill. The guy was rude, I'm thinking of switching provider's. He wasn't welcoming as a customer. I felt like why would i come back, or refer someone. You run a business you smile, you be inviting this guy was none of that. And I definitely want be going back.

I have a Blu studio phone I switch back and forth with. I have been having Cricket since March. I have been in store many times. I finally met Tiffany who is amazing she transfers all my photo contact and video. She even showed me how to get fast access to my previous apps. She also allow me to vent about personal life. She is a great person. Go by and check out the deal.
