After recovering my phone from the intersection (long story) thank goodness there was a Verizon cellular sales on the corner… I prayed quietly they would still be open… I had worked 12 hours today, and was running late, due to travel out of town that night… but my …. EVERYTHING was on my now crushed phone! I could see them escorting the last customer out … and then locking the door! I ran to the door to greet Sales Agent Ryan Jones… who maybe could see the desperate look on my face… I’m not even sure if I actually said the words, rather just mouthed a hopeful “please”. Ryan turned the lock and welcomed me in… I remember thinking “wow” as it was already 8pm… Suffice to say that a destroyed phone, after hours, with no support, servicing a customer who couldn’t even recall his wireless PIN number in the middle of a moderate panic attack, would prove to be a daunting task … even for a guy who had obviously mastered his craft….Ryan was as steady as a rock, assuring me that he was here to help. He even let me use his personal phone to call my wife who was incredibly worried… and call her back a few times, actually to try to guess my pin# … Undaunted, Ryan managed to wear down one tablet as the minutes passed, only to have another charged up and switched out before I even noticed, Ryan was so patient… We had one last guess … maybe it was fate, or maybe he just knew his customer so well…. “Did you try your wedding anniversary?” … he said. ….I even ended up buying a Cadillac screen protector, (to go with my new phone that was now redownloadjng all my apps) just so I could pump up his commission… Mr. Ryan Jones had no idea I was happy to pay him anything he wanted… I HAD to have my phone! … but instead he even waived the setup fee for me…. And politely refused the Attaboy’ beer, I insisted was the least I could do… it was now after nine pm… my panic attack a mere memory, and I had my phone… My everything back … Thank you Ryan Jones Sales Representative Verizon Authorized Retailer

Went in tonight to look into trading in my old phone and Melissa was absolutely wonderful to work. I truly appreciate all her help in picking out and setting up my new phone. She showed me how back up my pictures and videos onto Google Photo and other ways to back up important items that I need. I will definitely be back for future purchases.

Ian and Melissa and the guys here are great! They helped me out in one of my toughest times. My phone had died and I had just got there close to closing time, but they stayed over an extra 1.5 hours, to help get me and my 2 phones back up and going, no fuss about it and I was truly grateful. They showed excellent professionalism and customer service and I will always remember that. Would recommend to anyone interested :)

I always dread the store visit to upgrade our phones. However, our most recent upgrade felt almost effortless. Josh Montgomery made our family phone upgrades stress free! He is experienced within the Verizon company and knowledgeable about the products and took time with each of us (four new phones) to answer all of our questions. He went so far as to check in with me the next day to see if he could offer any additional help. Josh’s personable demeanor and willingness to offer assistance means he’s now stuck with us as faithful customers!
