I came in with a few items for store credit, I feel I was treated fairly and given a better deal than expected. I appreciate the gentleman explaining the prices he quoted and answering all my questions, I have always felt I was given great customer service in all my experiences with 9TH Street and Williamson Rd locations, I have never been to Lynchburg location..but I am sure it would be same.

We visit all 3 stores often. Our whole family loves the atmosphere and deals we come across. What I love most is sharing the games I grew up with my children. They are always running deals and texting coupons, which makes us feel the need to keep going back. This small business is most definitely a small hidden treasure in the Roanoke and Lynchburg areas. Thank you guys for great employees every time we walk in!

Why did the owner of this store decide to comment on the Facebook advertisement for my game store only to bash my store and boast about how his prices are superior to mine? Was that really necessary...? I'm not even in the same state as you are. My store is not competing with you. What exactly was the point to that? Really classless, bud. You don't know my circumstances or how my business operates. We're all just trying to make a living. If you have lower prices than me, then congratulations. Good for you. But you didn't need to attack my store on Facebook like that. That was so pathetic.

Seriously high prices on older games. They wanted $100 for a game. I found several copies of this exact game on eBay for $60 dollars cheaper. I prefer to shop brick and mortar stores but when they price like this it makes people like me shop online. It’s sad to because my kids work hard to save their money for stores like this to rip them off. They have a ton of older games if you don’t mind paying a fortune for them.

Game junkles has great customer service. Repaired my switch in half the time agreed upon. I would recommend to shop and bring any electrics for repair. Great job!

I met the owner at the Flea market a few days before and he asked me to rate. Well... That might have been a bad idea. Great selection if you want a bunch of rare stuff, but no "deals" to be found. All items are at trending value. While the owner is 100% knowledgeable of his stuff I couldn't tell if his employee was... the guy was on a personal phone call the entire 20 minutes I was in there. For the die hard collector looking for the rare item at collector prices, this would be the place to go.

Awesome experience at Game Junkies! We had lost all hope in ever getting my sons ps5 fixed until we found game junkies! He did a great job and super fast! Definitely 10/10 recommend this place!!

Nice little hole in the wall game shop, we always find something interesting in here when we stop by. The owners/employees are nice and knowledgeable, and the selection is top tier, going back to genesis and earlier as well as modern systems. I even found Death Stranding for a discount shortly after release!
