Got what we wanted, delivery date was set. Came on time. Great delivery guys, very professional. We had a terrible experience with the refrigerator from another store which we finally were able to return for refund. Best Buy made a promise and delivered. Restored my faith in retail. I love my brand new working correctly GE refrigerator.

Sales person sold me the wrong computer. I pointed out the error! He then sold me what he said was the right one. Price totalled right. Got to house, opened box and yet still another wrong laptop... Brought back to store at cost of time and gas. I'm then told they don't even offer the laptop with the features he told me it had and offers to dell me another model at nearly twice the cost!!! They wouldn't do anything for their errors or my trouble and to top it off I wont see refund in my account for 2-3 business days which is ridiculous. It doesn't take them 2-3 business days to take the money out!!! Best Buy sales & service leave much to be desired!!! AVOID BEST BUY!!!

My experience at this Best buy started off terrible as I kept asking for help from the same salesperson multiple times. He didn't call anybody else nor did he seem to care I had money in my pocket to spend. Finally I tracked down another sales person by the name of Jeremiah. He did a fantastic job. It's a shame that one store can have a great employee and a lousy one that almost them a sale

AARON in electronics was absolutely flawless!!! He was patient with me and it is clear that he is 100% committed in helping customers with his vast knowledge of technology and explains it in a way that can be understood by all. He absolutely went above and beyond his daily duties when he was assisting me. It made my experience calming and enjoyable!! I hope he receives the proper accolades from Best Buy for his professionalism and beautiful attitude. He is a HUGE asset for this company.

Greenbrier Best Buy was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered! I was shipped a laptop because the store in CA didn’t have it, we were vacationing in NC so had it shipped there - opened it (you have to break the seal to open) the screen was broken. I called corporate and they said to return/exchange it at any Best Buy on the way to the airport- so we came here. The manager accused me of breaking it. I called corporate and had corporate talk to the manager (Mike) who refused to return product even after corporate told him to. Then he walked away in the middle of talking to me- extremely unprofessional. I understand it’s hard to hire employees, but this was mind boggling. Employees were even surprised the manager was acting like this. Corporate tells me to go to a different Best Buy - I go to Virginia Beach and had a completely different experience. The manager , Mat, opened the laptop and says that cracks from customer damage usually start from the edges (this was in center) then he turns on(I never got this far) and he said it wasn’t “right” He exchanged it, we opened the new one- perfect condition! Very pleasant experience. Best Buy is not helping themselves hiring managers like Mike and Zeke, who find problem solving to be below them?!

A typical best buy. But doesn't have a magnolia section. So selection for home theater planning isn't readily available for hands on viewing and experience. I needed speaker wire and a best buy employee gave me a thorough run down of speaker wire and hdmi capabilities bringing me up to date with the latest and greatest options.

I went in to do a geek squad insurance claim on my phone, I work commercial construction and my phone takes a beating. It was a smooth process and once finished was told the new phone would arrive at my house in 3 to 5 business days. Not what I wanted to hear due to me leaving for vacation in two days but I can't control that. Somehow the new phone arrived at my home in less than 24 hours and transferred all my data over seamlessly. Thank you best buy!!!

I am not huge on rating retail stores with the Google rating system 4 (like it), 5 (love it). Id say 4(good store, missing somethings), 5(great store). Anyways Bestbuy here is very nice, the layout is simple for customers to be efficient. Get your items and go ordeal. Staff are set up in relative ways so you do not have to walk across the store to get help for anything. Customer service is not snobby, uses manners and is actually useful unlike other store name customer services I wont name.

Went shopping for a refrigerator. They had a lot of floor models for sale at a good discount. They also had quite a few top of the line models to drool over and talk myself out of. I don't need a TV on my fridge. But a touchscreen to leave notes and things like that....mmmmm. I also saw a submarine drone I needed to talk myself out of. The water here in VA Beach is too green and murky. To muddy. People in the store were helpful, but it seems it's easier to pick out a few online, then finalize the sale in the store.

If I could give this Best Buy at this location I would give them a 10 star. The professional service they provide is outstanding and helpful advice on the products they sell is great as well as the knowledge that they have especially KJ that helped us make the right choice on a Samsung TV which we love.
