Best music store in Chesapeake, Virginia (VA) 2024

Had a great experience for the most part, tho the girl that rang up our stuff, failed to ring up the one item we had gone there for. Wouldn't have been so bad, if we weren't an hour away. Aside from this, it wasn't bad ~Will

I will never order anything else online from Best Buy again. This was my second time and bad experience again. I ordered an air fryer. It came damaged. I was told that I would have to take it to a UPS store or Best Buy because Best Buy does not process pickups for less that 40lbs. Deliveries are always damaged and returning is a hassle. So, I asked for some type of credit for the inconvenience. I was told I could get 10% off the air fryer that was delivered to me. Why would I want a discount off a damaged item? I will stick with Amazon, they have an easy return process and they give credit when customers are not satisfied. The customer service rep for Best Buy seems to have the attitude, take it leave it. ~Jeannette

Got what we wanted, delivery date was set. Came on time. Great delivery guys, very professional. We had a terrible experience with the refrigerator from another store which we finally were able to return for refund. Best Buy made a promise and delivered. Restored my faith in retail. I love my brand new working correctly GE refrigerator. ~Regina
