Guess it is better just to shop online as the workers here fail bad in customer service. You can wait for a long while before anyone comes to assist you. Then if you find what you want, you must wait for it to ship. In store is going extinct because of this mentality.

I went into the portsmouth location to pay on my husband's bill and the young lady their was very unknowledgeable on how to make a payment . It was really frustrating especially since I knew all of his information. The I went to another associate she tried it too and I stopped her at the beginning then I paid the bill

Usually excellent service, workers including Managers know their job. Not today. Management gives me and their workers Instructions. Won't let me pick up large purchases because he the manager is unaware and useless as a leader.

Went into the store to speak with someone regarding my cell phone. No one was in the department. Walked around looking for someone. A salesperson walk right pass me not speaking or stopping to ask if I needed any help. Went to the information booth to see if I could get help, she paged someone. No one came. Always had great service before. I will go the Greenbrier store, maybe the service will be better.

Great customer service. Employees should honor valid purchase requests. If an item is purchased online..regardless of "name rebranding" give the customer the exact item he/she purchased & requested the first time.

The worst customer service experience that I've had in a long time. I stood around for 10 minutes, before asking 2 associates for help. No one ever came to assist. The manager was walking around, looked right at me and kept on about her merry way. I'm now at Target getting help and also what I needed.

Best buy is overated, I beenthere several times to buy something that was supposed to be in stocks and discounted and the items were gone. These staff in there is hard to find and when I get somebody that works there are usually useless because of no product knowledge.

Best buy geek squad SUCKS. Bought a new computer for 800 and they won't set it up for 3 days. By that I'll be 1000 miles away. I am never in one place longer than 1 day.

Bought the 2 year tech support to set up computer I was buying. Walked over to geeksquad and they told me they couldn't set it up. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't give me a refund for tech support. So they couldn't do the tech support but I paid for it. 2 min ago. So I paid for something they won't do. And then refuse to refund me. It would have taken a half hour and a couple keystrokes.

I will never order anything else online from Best Buy again. This was my second time and bad experience again. I ordered an air fryer. It came damaged. I was told that I would have to take it to a UPS store or Best Buy because Best Buy does not process pickups for less that 40lbs. Deliveries are always damaged and returning is a hassle. So, I asked for some type of credit for the inconvenience. I was told I could get 10% off the air fryer that was delivered to me. Why would I want a discount off a damaged item? I will stick with Amazon, they have an easy return process and they give credit when customers are not satisfied. The customer service rep for Best Buy seems to have the attitude, take it leave it.
