I recently went with my grandmother to help her pick up groceries for the month. While we were waiting to check out it was very clear that they were busy and the registers were backed up. Neither of us minded waiting but the manager yelled for the employee at the self-check area to help with the customers waiting in line. We were asked to check out in the self-check area and the employee would help us there. The problem was that we had a basket full of groceries and the self-check area was extremely busy as well. The self-check employee helped us as much as she could but kept getting called away to help other customers so I had to tell her I would take care of the rest so she could continue to do her job. We spent about ten minutes getting everything checked out while trying to stay out of the way of other customers. The self-check employee did her best to help and was very apologetic but the manager was standing in the customer service area and didn't seem to care. This was an extremely bad experience and I will not return to this location.

I’m visiting this store regularly now to check my blood pressure and health check. Buy fruit, some hot food and grocery. This store is located on 1400 kempsvile road in orchard square chesapeake, just on the corner of Volvo parkway and kempsvile road.They got big section of organic vegetables , fruit and vegetables are fresh. Bought some salad from the salad bar it’s very nice, bought some hot food and some grocery. Store is very clean and well organized. Customer service is excellent. Starbucks is there buy coffee there nice. Nice selection of cakes was looking for coming family members birthday day. Very nice selection of wines. Parking space is good. It’s in a shopping mall so if need can buy from the market. Love to be here.

Beautiful salad bar selections and I look forward to trying their soup on the days the offer broccoli and cheddar. The sign says they serve it on Sundays and Tuesdays but they are just like all the other Harris Teeter’s during the pandemic… they serve what they have. Clean store. No pizzas made in store. It’s a remodeled Farm Fresh store and a bit smaller but we’ll stocked. I wish they’re avocados weren’t always triple priced compared to other stores. I plan to return and hope to enjoy the soup and salad bar soon and often.

My fav store. Excellent beer selection and good fresh veggies. Also unlike Walmart I can always find a cashier at Harris teeter.

A great place to get your groceries, this is like the other Harris Teeters, a wide selection of items covering various grocery needs. They have a deli where you can get sliced meats and cheeses or even cooked items. The store is a little smaller than its sister stores but doesn't really change anything. The staff are polite and professional. They are following Covid guidelines. Recommended.

The pharmacist and Joe are phenomenal. Those two are patient, competent and very helpful when ever I go in . The store manager during the day is kind and monitors the store to help. Positive vibes all around. I enjoy shopping there, however there is one caveat. The buffet foods are not covered. That means that the flies eat there too I wish there was some way to protect the food yet make it accessible.
