Take away the overabundance of IPAs, Sours, and Ciders and you might have 30 beers to choose from that arnt domestic. Store beer selection was poorly organized and it took forever to find a dark beer I wanted. Really disappointed in this Total Wine and IPA

When I ask for help the male not would not take me to where the product was. He gave me the isle number and walked away. I had already asked the cashier before him and she called him from the floor to help me , but that went south. I searched on my own for another 10 minutes utile the female I found on the floor took me right to it. This was the greenbrier store in Virginia.

I love the new location! So much larger with much more of a selection! All of the associates here are friendly and helpful and they will do their best to make good recommendations based upon the information you provide them. I used to taste wine in a semiprofessional capacity and am well versed in varietals and yet I find myself asking employees here what they would recommend to see their opinions and I have not been led astray yet!

Long story short back at Christmas time I went up to TW at their old location in Crossways Shopping Center and found the unit vacant. There were no signs in the window indicating they had moved and it simply looked as if it had gone out of business. I couldn't believe it. I quickly checked my phone and discovered they had moved over to the Greenbrier Market Shopping center (Where Target and Best Buy are) on the other side of Eden Way. Off I went... So this new location is gorgeous. Just like they did in Hilltop of VB, they upgraded into a larger vacant store. I don't know how many square feet it is however the new location is at least 4 times the size of their former one. Inside everything is beautifully designed and easily laid out. As always the staff was friendly and helpful and I was able to make my purchases quickly. If you haven't been in a while you owe it to yourself to check out the new location. I think you'll be impressed.
