I’m visiting this store regularly now to check my blood pressure and health check. Buy fruit, some hot food and grocery. This store is located on 1400 kempsvile road in orchard square chesapeake, just on the corner of Volvo parkway and kempsvile road.They got big section of organic vegetables , fruit and vegetables are fresh. Bought some salad from the salad bar it’s very nice, bought some hot food and some grocery. Store is very clean and well organized. Customer service is excellent. Starbucks is there buy coffee there nice. Nice selection of cakes was looking for coming family members birthday day. Very nice selection of wines. Parking space is good. It’s in a shopping mall so if need can buy from the market. Love to be here. ~Surinder

Since I've moved to VAB, this branch has been absolutely vital and wonderful when it comes to my banking needs. I've been a member of Truist (BB&T) for quite some time, and I was nervous about finding a new branch here and this particular one has dine a fantastic job. There is a Truist branch a mile from me, but they have no customer service. For example this morning: I go to the Kempsville branch by the Wal Greens for the first time, just to make a cash withdrawal. They weren't able to do it, and treated me poorly (here'slooking at you, Dorothy). I zipped over to Greenbrier, and Rosalind was able to do it and so simply!)] I appreciate the customer rapport, and the thoroughness these employees do their job with. The fact that on this Saturday morning, 6/4/22, the Greenbrier branch was packed, and the Kempsville one was sparse speaks volumes. ~Arianna

Need to update your hour sign! Hours posted on drive thru till 1pm. Saw 3 workers depart the side door and watch me pull into the drive up window and not 1 told me " sorry we'll closed" sloppy customer service!!! ~Charlie

Can I get someone to answer the phone or have the branch manager give me a call? I have tried calling numerous times! This ongoing issue of claiming I never turned my safe deposit keys in after moving away from the area in 2018 and charging me (after I told you I turned keys in June/July of 2018) is a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I called the 1-800 number and she said that there was an "internal" number that she could transfer me to that would connect me to this branch, but wasn't able to give out. When she did, there was silence for about 3 minutes and then it disconnected. I'm not sure what you think a person's time is worth, but mine is extremely valuable. ~Sharon

Long story short back at Christmas time I went up to TW at their old location in Crossways Shopping Center and found the unit vacant. There were no signs in the window indicating they had moved and it simply looked as if it had gone out of business. I couldn't believe it. I quickly checked my phone and discovered they had moved over to the Greenbrier Market Shopping center (Where Target and Best Buy are) on the other side of Eden Way. Off I went... So this new location is gorgeous. Just like they did in Hilltop of VB, they upgraded into a larger vacant store. I don't know how many square feet it is however the new location is at least 4 times the size of their former one. Inside everything is beautifully designed and easily laid out. As always the staff was friendly and helpful and I was able to make my purchases quickly. If you haven't been in a while you owe it to yourself to check out the new location. I think you'll be impressed. ~Joe

I felt like I walked in a fiesta. The place was lively with exciting people celebrating birthdays, friends, and family. Friendly servers. Food were good, but It’s a bit bland especially the table-side guacamole and the fajitas. Good thing it came with tasty sides. The best thing was the beer; it’s refreshingly cold. We enjoyed our dinner, so we are going back for more. 👌🏼😊👍🏼 ~Rust

This little grocery store is your normal ALDI. The selection is limited, but the prices are fair. The store was clean and well-lit. There was only one cashier, however, so I could not check out since my time was limited. ~Nathan

First time eating here and will definitely come back when in the area. I got the tuna tacos which was very delicious and cooked exactly like asked. The craft beer was good too. My husband got the rebuen and he said it was one of the best he has had. For an appetizer we got the shrimp and crab dip with chips and definitely will get it again....good price with lots whole shrimp and lots of crab meat. ~Michele

Moved here to Grassfield last September, and I’ve been having bad experiences with cvs. Switched my prescriptions here and it has been a better experience already. Customer services is a first, so thankful. ~Ashley
