Need to update your hour sign! Hours posted on drive thru till 1pm. Saw 3 workers depart the side door and watch me pull into the drive up window and not 1 told me " sorry we'll closed" sloppy customer service!!!

This bank does not understand if you had cancer, a broken ankle, and major health issues that cause you to be out of work. I’ve been with them for years and never got this disappointment. They scammed me but it’s okay. New bank I’m on my way

Been banking with wells fargo for 17 years, I'm finally done. I have 5 accounts with them and they have zero customer service. I made an appointment today but was late. They then said I would have to reschedule when all I'm doing is opening an account with my wife. Takes 10 mins. But no, they would rather lose a customer cause they cant stay 5 mins after they close. I'll gladly take my money to a bank that isnt fined or over a billion dollars for doing wrong things to customer's and still give no service. Good riddance.

I don't know if it's the company or this branch in particular, but it is completely awful that they're making my mother feel like criminal just because we're trying to help our grandmother transfer her money from this Bank into another.! Reasoning aside, would not recommend Wells Fargo anymore they have basically betrayed us.!
