I have been standing here for 15 mins. All 3 employees have walked by and said we'll be right with you! I'm the only one in line, drive thru is not busy by no means. Someone sitting inside just got up and walked out. The wait here is horrible. They need more employees.

BBT in Newport News, Virginia is the worst I have ever been to!!! The customer service is horrible. I went in looking to open a new business account and was treated badly and with no respect at all... I hope this location closes because they have no right doing business. Don't waste your time, read the reviews and go somewhere else, anywhere else is better than here!

Usually whenever I come here to make deposits for work I always have a pleasant experience, however on this occasion I spoke with a new representative named Pat and she was not very nice at all. She just did not have a good attitude and seemed like it would be better if I was not there at all. Hope they do better in the future.

She just did not have a good attitude and seemed like it would be better if I was not there at all. Hope they do better in the future.

The tellers here are a wonderful group (the only reason for the second star). It is unfortunate that management will sit in their offices while the line backs up in the drive thru and inside. I can emphasize with illness taking it's toll on the staff but priorities need to be made to account for your walk in customers. To make it even more frustrating (for the tellers as well), management has the tellers answering incoming calls. Now please help me to understand why there isn't a call center backing them up or, here you go, why does the management team not come out of their Ivory tower and at least answer the phones, especially when there's a crowd. BB&T's missing the entire point of customer service.
