Had a great experience for the most part, tho the girl that rang up our stuff, failed to ring up the one item we had gone there for. Wouldn't have been so bad, if we weren't an hour away. Aside from this, it wasn't bad

The clothing is so cute and it's a very friendly and accepting place, all the staff is very nice and greeted me, they were very straight forward at the checkout and I didn't have any problems when making a purchase! :)

Came here right when they opened...they open the doors right at 10am(Thursday). Everything was clean. Reccomend coming in later times when they have more people to help stock inventory. Unless it's a special release they would have it out.

Friendly, knowledgable staff is a constant here! They are so helpful in our selection process and are having a good time while working. It makes shopping here a blast and we're more likely to purchase more! I also enjoy the product discounts when there's a sale. I believe there's a "buy one get two" sale when in clearance. They also have these cute bags of smaller random clearance items for a unit price. The thrill is that you don't know what you're going to get, while paying the same rate as the clearance prices.

I find a lot of cat shorts here for my daughter which I appreciate. While cat clothing isn't hard to find for kids it's a whole different situation for adults. The cashiers and workers are always helpful and more than willing to explain how to get things that are not there at the moment.

Always my favorite store. They have the coolest trendy anime items ever! The staff here is always so completely amazing. Ordering online is also super easy, just saying!

I haven’t been to this hot topic in a bit but when I was there the staff were incredibly friendly. Especially jay. I don’t know if they still work there or not but I always hope to see them when I go in. They’re very personable and treat customers like more than customers. The selection there is also great.

Seminar was the absolute best. I knew what I wanted and she not only knew where to find it she showed me 2 more items that I would need in the very near future. Great Looks, Great Atitude, Great Manners, Great Sales Person. I've been in here a few dozen times with my daughter now I know why she keeps coming back.
