Doesn't seem like the store is genuinely intended for an audience with children. Firstly, not much room to navigate a stroller. It was over $30 for cheap looking dress shoes for my toddler. We asked about some socks or stockings so that we could try the shoes on him and they did not have anything available (which that is fine, I did not really expect them to). But then my potty-training 2.5 year old asked to go potty. Any toddler mom knows, you accommodate as fast as possible. The staff member told me the closest restroom was Marshall's around the corner. Naturally, once packing up a toddler and having to exit the store, I just did not come back. Not sure how you have a children's store with no usable restroom. We ended up going into DSW a few stores over and found much nicer toddler shoes for less money.

Upon reading the last review from the upset customer Jennifer, you have issues yourself! I hardly doubt the manager was yelling and screaming at you as you portrayed , These managers there are much better now then it was before. I love this store and the staff members in there now. Oh by the way, you mention they accidentally trick people in to buying stuff. You make so sense, you as a customer choose what to buy, they don't force you! Your just upset because you couldn't get what you want!! They are doing a great job there and I will continue to shop there for my kids! Thank you Children's Place Greenbrier!!

The cashier was talking to me and he jumped in and started yelling and screaming like he had no skills or training mind you all I was doing was listening to the cashier answer a question I asked. I have visited many children's places in many different states including a few in this one. I am very familiar in how to set up a store and business sales. I understand the reason why the set up was set up the way it was in the store to trick customers into accidentally buying stuff that wasn't on sale they had the 60% stuff mixed with the 40% with no clear signage. He was very rude and disrespectful do not spend your money here. By the way before that there was a line and two cashiers and one just walked off and the other cashier had to apologize for her because instead of taking me like she was supposed to she just walked off. Never again will I go kn this location and I will make sure no one else does that I know either.

Mind you there was no one in the store and they didn’t even greet me or ask if I needed any assistance. I see why they have a hiring sign posted on the window. Hopefully they hire people with better customer service.
