This store has it posted that it closes at 6pm on Sundays. I approached the door at 545pm and she said they were closed, and she was letting people out that apparently were in the store shopping. I’m almost positive there are regulations in place that the doors to a store are not to be locked while patrons are in the store on top of the fact that the store closes at 6 not 545. I get y’all were trying to get out of there at 6pm, but that’s not what is communicated online or posted on the door.

Do not ever go to this store the manager that said she been there for 5 years did a discrimination act. Had a bad attitude and snatched the bag from my sister and throw our receipt in the bag. We asked for her name and she said why would I ever give you my name. Then she wouldn’t give her name and she throw our bag down and went to the other cashier to serve people that was similar to where she seem from. This is America and we don’t treat people like that at all. We asked her if she will help us exchange which she declined. So we made sure to have some form of evidence for our protection. She going to say we need to leave and she was calling security then switch to say she is calling the police if we don’t hand over the recording of her not serving us. Plus I had my child and she did all that she was so disrespectful and immature. After everything a staff came to help us because the manage was yelling at us walking from the cashier and causing a scene and acting as if we are the problem. We just wanted a refund after she mistreat us that way. After we finally got help about 30 mins to a hour later we was leaving the girl in red hair came saying you can’t leave until you delete the evidence because the police said so if we don’t we can’t leave. Then stated if we delete it then we can leave and no police came at all. It felt like our rights was stripped and they are not even the law they are just rude people working at a store. This use to be my Favorite store, but the cashiers, OMG! are rude, on the phone with baby daddy, if you want to try on shoes, you can't because cashier is setting on it doing her work. I saw a woman drop something,. A few minutes later one of the works came and picked it up, but asked out loud who knock this down? She had to rering my items and said so with attitude, because She didn't ask was this for lay a way, and she is talking to someone else, besides me paying in the front of the line. FYI, get some dignified people in there who will love their JOB! This right is NOT IT👎

My DAUGHTER and I LOVE THIS STORE. SHE FINDS SO MANY UNIQUE THINGS THERE. I'VE BEEN ABLE TO FIND THING'S I NEED TOO. THERE SALES ARE GREAT TOO💯.THE LADY'S THAT WORK THERE ARE AWESOME. THEIR REALLY NICE AND HELPFUL. STOP BY I'M SURE YOU'LL BE PLEASED.

Very very rude and arrogant ladies working in this store. I finish paying took my card out waiting for my receipt the cashier was so busy in her phone she just throw the receipt on the desk I pick it up and she yeld at me saying it rude of me to take the receipt it still in her possession I said but you on your phone and I need to go. But I don’t want to argue with someone like her so I just left Those ladies are very very rude and disrespectful I doubt if they have a manager or the manager is as mannerless as them rude rude rude staffs . Will never step my foot there again .

Loved the store but the only issue was they don't have open dressing rooms and no shopping carts but the employees were helpful and friendly!

Yes one bad apple can ruin the basket, I couldn't sleep last night because the scene kept replaying in my head. We shop at this location few times a month, but I am not happy with what I saw yesterday. 09/11/20 @ 7:40 pm A Female customer was checking out but she didn't really understand English, the worker on the other hand was talking down at the costumer and raising her voice asking the customer to select debit, remove the card and swipe it. Rushing her and being very rude. The customer got nervous and made a mistake, as result the card was not authorized. The way this female worker was talking so laud for everyone to hear "It's declined" No Money.....she shouldn't be embarrassing the customer like that. There are terms to use like: "I am sorry but your card did not go through" would you like to use another card or pay cash?... Also the product that is being purchased is still in worker's side near the register, while she was giving the custom hard time and popping her eyes out at the customer. The worker's behavior is stuck between being Ghetto and a hillbilly. The worker is NOT a woman of color, I do not know Nor do I want to know her name. she worked next door at 5 below before working at Rainbow. In the end the costumer did PAY, it was about $30. plus and left in peace with no comments, the worker kept being loud complaining about breaking her nail because she was messing with that "Insulting the customer" after she left the store. This is NOT acceptable, not from her and not from anyone. The customer is not always right, but you cannot behave as if you are selling drugs. It doesn't cost anything to be nice and treat people the way you want to be treated. It is called being "JUST" This worker need serious training in the customer service field.

One star for the poor customer service. Whether a customer walks in to spend money or look around- you should always value that customer. I came and spent $50. When it came down to checkout.. I barely got a hello. During the the process of the checkout, the clerks were more into their conversation than acknowledging the actual paying customer. A simple “hello, how are you? Thank you for shopping with us” is STANDARD. I didn’t get none of that. I kept quiet the whole time. She put my receipt in the bag.. handed the bag to me with no eye contact and continued with her conversation. Not even a smile. I was treated like I did her a favor. The clerk who checked me out was more into her co workers conversation that she forgot to take off the security tag on one of my shirts. To the lady who checked me out, maybe if you could put a hold your conversation until I was completely checked out and were more focused on what you were doing -you would not have missed the security tag! Poor customer service. Who keeps hiring these people?

I always go to this rainbow and I have never experienced such horrible customer service. They close at 9:30 pm and it was about 8:45 when I went to try on my clothes. The girl said no more people could try on clothes because they were closing the fitting room 30 minutes before closing time, and she said that they closed at 9:00 pm. I asked her how am I supposed to know how my clothes fit, but she didn't seem to care. While I was standing in the line, the woman who I assumed to be the manager yelled multiple times across the store for one of the employees to come and help on the register. She was not smiling and she seemed irritated. I understand that she may have had a long day, but the customer should not be able to tell. When I got home the clothes did not fit properly, so now I have to go back and exchange my items or get a refund because they wanted to close the fitting rooms fifteen minutes early. You shouldn't work in retail if you don't like it.
