I am a disabled individual so means I need delivery, If I ordered a pizza at 7:43pm and I live 3 miles away WHY does it not arrive until 9:12pm! RIDICULOUS not to mention the pizza was warm If I pay $30 for a MEDIUM pizza and soda why is it warm! Ill never do it again! Don't choose delivery clearly.

Whoever the manager of this store is, sort your quality issues out. The cheese on my pizza was basically non-existent. You might as well call with flatbread with toasted cheese bits. Ridiculous.

I love Domino's but this particular store continues to get worse & worse. Last time it was an hour & forty-five for a delivery 1.5 miles away. They offered me a free pizza to make up for the fact that only one guy is making pizzas, taking orders & then delivering due to lack of delivery. Tonight I'm on my porch waiting on the "we're sorry for last time pizza" & it's fast approaching another hour & 45, corporate call said he had a flat tire and couldn't compensate but that's a guy from home answering calls with kids screaming in the background. Do better my beloved Dominos!!

I have never had such an awful Pizza delivery service. I ordered the pizza at 6:16, they did quality check at 6:23, did not have a driver to pick up until 7:15. AN HOUR after. I live maybe 7 minutes away and can't pick it up because I have covid, and it took them 30 minutes just to deliver to me. Pizza delivered cold. I called the store and nobody picked up. Absolutely awful and I'll never order from them again. Rather order from the branch just down the street from now on.

Unbelievably horrible. 3 hours and waiting. They won't answer the phone as I have yet to receive my order or a refund. I notified corporate and now have a case number. How does ordering pizza become this complicated. Such an awful experience. At this point I just want my money back. All of the other one star reviews are telling the truth.

Ordered pizzas and garlic twists they got one of my pizzas wrong and the garlic twists was something else that has pork in it. I’m Muslim and I do not eat pork. I called to inform order was wrong they said they would send me free pizza guy comes tells me five dollars?!!! Why he said delivery fee. I called store back saying I had to pay additional five dollars for something that was supposed to be free bc of you guys messing up. The manager told me sorry I forgot to tell u. I said how is this free when I got paY more money on an order u guys messed up on the first place. The Guy said he would refund the money I have yet to see it his name is zan tareck. Dominos didn’t make it right horrible customer service will never order from dominos again!!!

I ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas using the robot. After 30 minutes my order was on the prompter as done. I just walked in from the grocers to arrive just in time to get my pizzas. I Stood behind a customer for 10 minutes while confusion abounded with the manager and other employees who where very very busy. Eventually the person in front of me and a guy waiting behind me got their pizzas. The person in front of me had a problem which got some attention. Then my turn was up. I told the guy behind the counter who I was and my order was ready. He went to the rack to get the two pizzas with my name on it. Two of the workers talked loudly about my order was there just a minute ago and now it was not. Why!? they both said. I was ignored for a few minutes then I called the guy out. "What happened to my order?" I said. "Sorry" the guy said. Your order was given to someone else. I told him to cancel my order which by this time was moot since the robot took my name off the tv screen. I had not paid for the pizza yet so I guess to them it was no loss. I left empty handed and angry. I bought an unbaked pizza at the grocers and took that home to cook. I'm not too angry since I understand things can get confusing. This was the worst I've seen. No emotion here. just the facts.

We ordered a pizza and they sent uncooked floor, covered with cheese. Be careful with this location. It seems that they don’t care what they are sending. Plus we called them , three times, to report it and they never pick up the phone.

Steer clear of this place. Made a order online to get delivered. It was messed up. Tried to call and get a new one sent out. Nope. Nobody answered. Grabbed the pizzed and drove to the store to get it fixed. The website only gives you a 20% discount or a fee medium pizza. No way to get it fixed with out going there in person. Waste of money. Waste of a store. Order somewhere else.
