Horrible customer service. I honestly cannot say that everyone at this location is horrible but I can say that management is horrible at this location .I had a situation where I went back for a return for products that I purchased for my kids. I was humiliated in front of everybody in the store and the supervisor literally waved over for loss prevention security to come to the register. They returned items off the wrong SKUs causing me not to be able to return the remainder of items that I was trying to return. I’ve been shopping with this company since I was a child never have I ever experienced anything like this I shop at Burlington at least 10 times a week. I am currently waiting A response from their management I reached out to corporate office and I will be taking this to the highest levels of this company. I Can only imagine how I would’ve felt if this would’ve happened to my child.

Great place and selection to shop for apparel and accessories at a budget. It's also very noble that they employ seniors and PWD's - which for me is admirable and benevolent. It sometimes causes a bit of customer service slow down, but this actually kinda gives more value into their products.

Great selection for back to school both for boys and girls. Not so clouded at the time of my visit. Everyone is well masked except for a few. Prices are competitive enough. Although I didn’t get all I wanted but I am some worth satisfied with this outlet.
