I was so disappointed because I was expecting good tasting food...the food did NOT TASTE GOOD!!! The "paksiw na pata" that i ate were ALL BONES and cost too much money....i was NOT even given a receipt for all the food i bought!!!Considering the high prices you would think that you will be getting something worth the high cost that they are charging!!! Grocery prices are sky high too. Employees are not friendly and RUDE!!! There is NO comparison between the other filipino store "MANILA ORIENTAL" Located at Commerce Street, and this "filipino global supermarket".....Manila Oriental Store has very good tasting food and Manila Oriental's grocery items are just priced right. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR GOOD EARNED MONEY at this Filipino Global Supermarket!!!!

Great, little store for grocery, freezer, & pantry items to cook your favorite Filipino dishes. Very little fresh produce, however. At the back of the store, they sell cooked Filipino food & you can dine-in or takeaway. A bit pricey considering the portion size, but dishes are tasty & authentic. I bought baby bangus, 6 lumpia, small container of pinakbet, rice, & 1 turon for $19.25.

They have a great selection of Filipino food here and I must say, their Tapsilog is more than just amazing! Make sure to order a cold C2 apple flavored drink to go along with it, you won’t regret it!

The turo turo in the back has good food and the baked goods up front are primo. I also have purchased some great sauces there. Good condiment selection.

Overpriced size togo pinakbet, mostly liquid in the container, very few overcooked vegetables. The cook did not even bother peeling off the squash. Tasted so bland. I usually just buy fried items and non-cooked items. First time ordering it and definitely the last.

Tired and hungry from our Laboy sa Washington I’m craving for these food and my Hubby was sooo Happy to eat also His favorite Homecooked Pinoy dishes like Kare-Kare. WE ordered diffren’t food from the DC Area but Pinoy food is still makes him happy and because He is craving for Kare - Kare and enjoying the food he said “ Masarap “ and satisfied for the trip we have coming from Lincoln Memorial . They have good food and lots of choices if I’m close to this place I will not cook!! If you guys are Visiting DC put this place on your list!! you guys will love and enjoyed food though it’s a small dining are!! Try it and you will be excited like me!!!😉

Honestly really disappointed with this place. I've come here 3 times and each time I'm more disappointed. Pricey and the options aren't the best. You can't get lechon with you combo or milk fish. Crazy everywhere else gives me the option. Pricey and small portions. Don't come if you don't want to be disappointed

Food in the back needs improvements. Taste can be good sometimes, but portions, prices, and selection is all wrong. Maybe just come for the groceries, but for food any other place

Very friendly and accommodating. Anything Filipino u you need is there. I bought some pancit and it was terrible. It had no taste and overpriced. Not a single piece of meat was there. The cassava cake was delicious. Not too sweet.

All in one mini grocery and cafeteria. Lots of selections in the grocery. Food tastes good(lutong pangmasa at masabaw)and served hot, prices vary in sizes and additional $1 for special. Staffs are helpful & nice will definitely visits again if I'm in town.
