Took my daughters in today to get shoes for their recital. My 9yo is particular about her shoes and it’s often hard to find ones that fit. To add the the challenge they needed to be black so our selection was limited. Journeys still had many options though. The ones she wanted were slip ons and they rubbed the back of her ankle. I couldn’t let her get them to dance in. The employee I believe his name was Jordan noticed our frustration and disappeared into the back. He came out with a perfect shoe! Saved the day. Then he went above and beyond to showing her a cool shoe trick. That moment completely changed her attitude, she walked out so happy. I wish we could experience his level of costumer service everywhere we went.

i don't usually leave reviews anywhere BUT the young girl with the braids was very nice & convinced me to buy 2 pairs of docs. Great customer service and cool docs :)

Came in Tuesday 8/31 just browsing with nothing in mind. 1 very attentive worker Dynasia (Axel) was so helpful. She helped me size my feet for the best fit. She went above and beyond to make sure I had all 3 pairs of shoes in the right size and a comfortable fit. Best shoe salesperson I have ever met!!!!!

Alexandra the store manager and tore shlanta are abusive managers and spitful, they use their power to fire their peers simply from not liking them , even if those peers are very productive workers . Only wish I could put zero stars instead of one

I have given up on this location. On multiple trips here the sales associates have either provided inaccurate about in store transaction information for the replacement of jansport backpacks that are bought there, they are either completely clueless or unpleasant, or they completely order the wrong item that is shipped to me and I have to make another additional trip to get the right pair of shoes. I’ve given them too many chances. I’m going somewhere else now for my kids’ shoes.

Bought a pair of Clark's yesterday for a costume party. People looked at me like they hadn't seen them before.thanks again to the people at Journeys got me in and out of there fast. I'll definitely be going back for my daughter's shoes

The WORST!!! Horrible selection of shoes. The manager act like he doesn't comprehend anything. You ask for specific pair, they bring out shoes you didn't ask for. And they pressure you like hell to buy socks.

I ordered a pair of Adidas for my husband from this location. The size I needed was not available in store however they promptly helped me order the correct size. After getting home I realized the size ordered was incorrect. I called the store and the manager, Sarah, picked up and was so helpful and polite at helping me get the correct size ordered. Even at the end of the day she was friendly and fixed the situation. She took my telephone number and said she was call me back shortly to let me know what they could do. She quickly called back letting me know that the correct would be sent to my house. This was wonderful customer service at this location and I will definitely continue to shop here.

Initially, when entering this location with my children for school shoes this burly lady with a wig and truckers hat, gave me the once over look stank eye and stood over me and my children and started talking loudly. Since the shoe was not in stock, I ask if we could order it from there she said we could. She ask for my email address and as I proceeded to give her the information SHE ask for she yelled “ WAIT MY SCREEN IS NOT UP ! “ I paused and looked at her because she was the one the asked me for my information prematurely. Then , after she continued to input my address and phone number, she said “What shoe size do you want!” I told her size 6 in women, she hollered “ THAT SHOE IS UNISEX !” so I said I guess a Unisex 6. She then typed some more and said “ IT’S NOT AVAILABLE IN THAT SIZE!! What a waste of time.. Journey need to train their employees on the art of customer service. I’ll NEVER give another dime to this location. GHETTO HOT MESS!! NO CLASS!!

The guy that helped us was good. Got the shoes we wanted. Walk up to the cashier where we sat for over ten min not one employee acknowledged our presence one time. We dropped the shoes and left. We ended up going to a different location to get the same shoe with a way better experience. Will never return to this branch.
