I was treated poorly at my visit at gamestop at valley view mall Roanoke va location the employee was rude to me the whole time I was there I was there selling a Ps4 pro 1TB call of duty modern warfare and she kept telling me that she couldn't except because it was sealed and I told her that it wasn't sealed it just had a strip of cellophane around it and I had used it for a few minutes a couple of times I had to ask to open and she would see that the game inside wasn't sealed and she started throwing my packaging on the floor, she just a terrible attitude I almost just walked out instead of doing business with her, there employees need to be more friendly this visit was on 7/29/2022 around lunch time ~Anthony

I had the best experience yet at a Verizon wireless location. I worked with Hunter to upgrade my current phone to a new one and he made the end to end process stress free and seamless. He was friendly and professional, but what stood out most to me was his knowledge level of the product along with educating me about all of the services that were available to me as a customer. Took my 16 yr old son for a LONG overdue upgrade NEW PHONE! He's a great kid but our experience with Metro's 'airport lady" was the absolute BEST! She had such positive energy and really related to myself and Logan! My experience with this location has always been great but she made it such a SEAMLESS easy process and walked us through everything to make it as easy as possible! Even rating my experience with one star is generous. I wanted some advice regarding my settings and was considering a new phone. I walked into an empty store, no customers and no sales clerk. Clerk A emerged from the back and I told her I needed some help. I also told her I was considering an upgrade and right away she said "not possible." She went in the back room with my phone to "check with her boss." Clerk A came back out and said I needed to call 611 for assistance. It was obvious whatever was going on in the back room was more important than helping a customer. Very, very disappointed. ~Judith

Seriously high prices on older games. They wanted $100 for a game. I found several copies of this exact game on eBay for $60 dollars cheaper. I prefer to shop brick and mortar stores but when they price like this it makes people like me shop online. It’s sad to because my kids work hard to save their money for stores like this to rip them off. They have a ton of older games if you don’t mind paying a fortune for them. ~Sabrina

I have physical therapy done here for four weeks provided I did miss a couple appointments but nothing on their fault they did help me with a hip issue but I didn't know I had and all employees that are staffed We're very professional and friendly ~Stephanie
