No gymtimidation!! I’m always a little nervous when I try a new gym, but I heard that planet fitness is more welcoming than your average fitness center. As soon as I walked in, I knew I was in a different place. You can immediately tell how clean and welcoming the area is. I was welcomed by Sydney at the front desk, who assisted me with getting started with my membership and even took the time to give me a tour and ensure I was comfortable before my first workout!! She really went above and beyond and made me feel like I belong. I’ve only been a few times, but I will continue this fitness journey here due to the great customer service, cleanliness, and welcoming environment. ~Zach

People were nice. But after asking twice for sauce, they forgot it 100%. Acted annoyed when I called them back to the window to ask for it again. And the chicken for my sandwiches was overcooked overcooked. One was "grilled" and the other breaded and fried. ~Sharon

If I could give them negative stars I would. I have a touchscreen laptop that I needed a screen replaced on. They told me my simple screen replacement was going to be $399.I agreed to the terms and allowed them to fix it. They then told me it was actually only $349, even better I thought. Once the repair was done I went to pick up my laptop and I realized that they had replaced my screen with a generic part and tried to pass it off to as I I didn’t know any better. The quality was horrible and they told me that it was the right part and they even tested it. Fast forward they attempt to do the repair again with the correct part. They can’t get the touch screen to work. So they put on a temporary screen and I went about my way until the part would be in. That night my screen stops working completely and when I inspect the screen to see what’s going on, I realized they had bent my whole top half of my screen. I brought it in again and they tried to again ensure me that they would fix it even though this is attempt 3 and they still expected me to pay for the part above cost. I’m severally disappointed and they still have not resolved the issue, in fact they’ve caused even more damage than before. I had them put on the original cracked screen(in which they shattered mind you) and I plan on simply buying a new laptop from Best Buy. I do not recommend this store to anyone, in fact I say run especially if you do not know much about laptops as they will use the lack of knowledge as a tool for over charging. ~Amethyst

Mike the owner actually Knows & Understands how Important Customer Service. Brambleton Frame Shop was highly recommended to be by several Business Associates. When I arrived at the shop he was helping 3 different customers. He greeted, welcomed and assured me he would help me shortly. As I looked around I noticed how organized the shop was. I listened as he helped the other customers and everyone left happy thanking him for help. This was the first time I ever needed items matted. the only thing I was sure of was I wanted Red matts. Do you know there are sooooo many colors of red.????? I became very overwhelmed. Mike was calming and suggested several different options. His knowledge, suggestions and experience was so welcoming and I was able to select the perfect color of red to highlight the items to display ! I highly Recommend this wonderful business. ~Ann

I love how the gym has been updated to get rid of the out dated 80s look. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I appreciate that the equipment is repaired in a timely manner and that they have an abundance of everything needed. The entire gym is kept clean and neat. ~French

This was probably the BEST customer service experience I’ve had in my entire life – literally! I worked with Avarie, Assistant Retail Manager, to transfer everything from old phone to new phone. I was blown away by her knowledge, patience, tenacity, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure all info was where it needed to be. What is usually a cumbersome experience, was made not only bearable, but fun, as she assisted me in setting up new phone and re-accessing all my work apps. The whole team was stellar as I waited & I wish all businesses had even a quarter of what this team has. I would highly recommend this store and will definitely make it my go-to place when phone services are needed. GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!!!! ~Michele

Bill Roy. Best salesman ever! I love my jeep and Bill made it simple and was very straight forward.... And he knew a lot about the different motors in the make and model I was looking at.... Your typical gas station with a mini-mart. For those who need clarification, a mini-mart is a scaled down supermarket that fits inside a gas station. Sells pies, anti-freeze etc. The forecourt is large and the selection of food and drinks are good. They even have one of those fancy freestyle Coke machines! Bathrooms are typically clean and service is variable. ~Tim
