Bill Roy. Best salesman ever! I love my jeep and Bill made it simple and was very straight forward.... And he knew a lot about the different motors in the make and model I was looking at.... I took my Nissan pathfinder 2004 to them because of an issue with my 4wheel drive system and throttle body. They had my car for 4 weeks and kept telling me they was working to resolve my issue. Finally they called me with a solution. When I asked them if the part needed was a necessary part to replace or will it run ok without. They said it did bot need the part and it was ready. I picked up my vehicle and it was not fixed, I even had to pay $640 something and was told the service manager was too busy to speak to me, he would call me back. Well he still hasn't called me and my 1st review was taken down. I found the part needed and replaced it for $85.00 by myself. Look this place is crooked and liers. Beware. Danielle the service team lady even told me my car was old and couldn't get fixed, that I should go trade it in and not tell anyone the 4wheel drive was not working. Do what you will but you have been warned. Crooks. ~michael
