I had some Bluetooth configuration issues. I dropped my computer off mid-morning and it was ready the same afternoon. This was very helpful as I live 50 miles away. Support tech Malikt was outstanding throughout the entire process. This is my second time to BC and I highly recommend them! Happy customer!

After contacting Brambleton Computers in March 2022 about my six year old desktop, they convinced me that buying a new desktop for $ 1,100 was a much better solution as they offered excellent customer service. I called them today to ask a software related problem and they refused to talk to me on the phone and insisted that I bring my desktop computer in to their shop instead. I would never buy anything from them again. Customer service is dead at Brambleton Computers.

Fantastic customer service. Went in for a laptop repair and after discussing costs versus age of the laptop I decided to look for something newer. I really appreciated the low pressure sales and though from out of state bought a very nice used laptop. They transferred/cloned all of my files and information quickly and accurately. Highly recommend!!

While trying to file my tax returns, I encountered problems printing the necessary documents.. The trouble began with delays I attributed to the printer and got worse and worse until it wouldn't work at all! Eventually it occurred to me to have my husband try printing from his computer - and it worked! I called Brambleton Computer today to make an appointment to have it fixed, but in 10 minutes Kai walked me through the steps needed to fix the problem! HOORAY! Thank you Kai! I have used their services twice before and been completely satisfied, but this was especially appreciated.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I have a touchscreen laptop that I needed a screen replaced on. They told me my simple screen replacement was going to be $399.I agreed to the terms and allowed them to fix it. They then told me it was actually only $349, even better I thought. Once the repair was done I went to pick up my laptop and I realized that they had replaced my screen with a generic part and tried to pass it off to as I I didn’t know any better. The quality was horrible and they told me that it was the right part and they even tested it. Fast forward they attempt to do the repair again with the correct part. They can’t get the touch screen to work. So they put on a temporary screen and I went about my way until the part would be in. That night my screen stops working completely and when I inspect the screen to see what’s going on, I realized they had bent my whole top half of my screen. I brought it in again and they tried to again ensure me that they would fix it even though this is attempt 3 and they still expected me to pay for the part above cost. I’m severally disappointed and they still have not resolved the issue, in fact they’ve caused even more damage than before. I had them put on the original cracked screen(in which they shattered mind you) and I plan on simply buying a new laptop from Best Buy. I do not recommend this store to anyone, in fact I say run especially if you do not know much about laptops as they will use the lack of knowledge as a tool for over charging.

My computer crashed and I had no way to retrieve my small business spreadsheets. The entire staff was very helpful and knowledgeable! My machine was not worth making the investment of repair. I purchased a new computer and Evan was kind enough to retrieve all of my files from my old computer. Very quick turn time and extremely professional. I highly recommend Brambleton Computer for all your computer needs.

Bought a used Dell laptop from them 6 months ago. Staff was helpful and gave me a nice discount, set up the computer for me, & transferred data from my old model. 6 months later I had some problems with the unit and they fixed the keypad and replaced the battery for me, under their 2 year warranty, with no hassles. Have worked with them for years. Excellent people to do business with!
