Brought my mother's phone to get the battery replaced after the phone stopped charging. Ended up only needing the charging port nicely cleaned out. The work was performed quickly and very well, and I'm glad she didn't need to buy a new battery!

The people who work here are great! I would have given 5 stars except they changed my glass out on my phone and forgot to do the fingerprint change. So I had to run way back over to 29 to get this fixed. They fixed it quickly and did a great job overall. If they hadn't forgotten the fingerprint thing, they would have gotten 5 stars. The guys I dealt with were awesome... I definitely recommend them if you have a phone issue. I think they do iPads also.

Charles was fast, thorough, personable, and knowledgeable. Fixing my water damaged iPhone was done within 30 minutes. While fixing my 12-year-old computer wasn’t possible, it sounds like they tried every possible option they could and I’m grateful for that! Thank you! Hopefully won’t have to return anytime soon, but Fruit Fix will be my first choice if I do. Would and will definitely recommend to my friends.

Had an issue with my iPad - there was an industrial strength adhesive stuck to the back of the iPad that connected it to a stand that I could not remove. Brought it to Fruit Fixed and Preston so kindly helped, did a great job and was pleasant and professional. Very much appreciated!! Would definitely come back if I had any other device problems.

Needed my phone screen repaired, Best Buy was gonna charge an arm and a leg as well as taking a week. Fruit Fixed charged WAY LESS and had it ready for me in 30min…Not only that, but have a 90 day repair guarantee. 90 days! That’s nuts! So you tell me…which one would you pay for?

Untrustworthy, unreliable, and unprofessional. Do not waste your money, time, or energy with Fruit Fixed. Background: I brought my apple iwatch in for a screen replacement months ago. When I got it back the first time, the screen was detached from the watch. The second time, the screen was repaired correctly however, the battery stopped working. I brought it back a second time. They replaced the battery (I paid an additional $30). However, the watch still does not work. The battery life is about 4 hours. I brought it back a third time, and a “ticket was put in” and someone was supposed to call me. I never heard back. There was *no issue* with the battery before I brought it in. The watch is not useable. I requested a full refund. The owner refused to do anything and called it a “successful repair.” I tried to reach him on the phone but he dodged me. He gave me the number to a store he doesn’t work at. Then they store gave me a number to a different store - again, the owner couldn’t be found. The manager however talked to the owner on the phone. When I asked for his number he said no. Email only. Incredible. I will be making a complaint to the BBB for the predatory and deceitful practices. Posting this review only because I feel an obligation to warn others.
