Our pet has been with Banfield for over five years, upon moving to Charlottesville and working with this clinic it has been nothing but problems and mixups. If you care about your pet's wellness I would avoid this location at all costs. ~James

This toy store is magical! We visit a few times a year. I have found great toys for birthday and holiday gifts, as well as the car ride home. Knowledgeable, helpful employees and great owner. Make the trip and treat your little ones to something they can carry home. ~amy

One of the best Barnes and Nobles I've been to. Clean and well stocked and it really smells good. While your in there you can not wait to read a good book again. The staff- when you can find them- are super polite and friendly but seem too overworked to have a good handle on what merchandise is in store. Twice I was told something wasn't there when I found it fairly close. I don't fault staff for this- they're clearly don't have the support needed to really up the customer service game. The selection in store is decent, if a little scattered around in not the most logical manner. I was able to find a reasonable alternate for what I was looking for which is important. I just wish the online inventory matched on store levels a little better as literally nothing I found online was on store. The store is clean and smells nice inside, and no one attacked me with perfume, so win. Final verdict: it's not the first or second place in town I check when I need something, but it is on the list and works out when I have time to hunt around. ~Khai

I loved this book store. The owner is an elderly gentleman who was absolutely lovely and knowledgeable. I found some very nice books at extremely reasonable prices. I am going to make it a point to visit this bookstore everytime im in Charlottesville. ~melanie
