Cons:
1. Closed from 1:30-2:30pm
2. Impossible to reach the pharmacy over the phone (which is INFURIATING when there’s a hold on your meds with a message to “contact the pharmacy to fill the prescription” — insanity)
3. The drive-thru shouldn’t take 30+ minutes to get through, but you’re lucky if it only takes 30 minutes
I understand that CVS is understaffed and that pharmacy employees are struggling, but as a paying consumer, this is not acceptable. Meds are time-sensitive things, and issues like these severely impact people’s ability to maintain their prescription schedule as directed. The process of picking up meds shouldn’t reliably end in tears.
CVS, do better. Hire more people. Hold yourself accountable for these issues, and stop ignoring the root of the issues. You’ve had success in the past, and you’ll find it again. Prioritize your customer experience going forward. Struggle spurs innovation. ~Sarah
